Also the service rep. (Jan) who called me to remind me the service was due was a pleasure to work with, she quickly set up an appointment and ABC (Roger) was here in record time. I truly like the idea of making one phone call to schedule repairs on a variety of projects. AND they call to inform you that a technician is on their way within the hour. The technicians are great. They cheerfully responded to the barrage of questions I had for them; going so far as to offer tips on some DIY projects. Lastly, they were quick to respond to replacing the old furnace which was slowly leaking. I had safe heat in less than 24 hours (i.e. Saturday afternoon). In this instance I was thoroughly impressed. The technician promptly shut off the gas leading to the furnace and told me that turning it back on was at my own risk and by my own hand should I choose to do so. All in all, a very professional company. ”

“Bryan Johnson was outstanding in the electrical job he did for me. It involved VERY major work including the grounding of the house which had never been present since it was built(1963). Also came on a Sunday night for an initial emergency visit because ny house had lost power in only 1 / 2 of the rooms , and it turned out certain circuit breaker box connections were actually melting. He made the house safe for the night and returned Monday morning to do the work.”

“The tech who came was very knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything and gave good advice. I was upset cuz she said our Freon was low and that unless we had a leak, which is unlikely as our unit is new, the Freon was probably leaked during our checks by techs who didn't know how to add Freon back to our system!!! And that if we were low we would have to pay for the refill even if it was the techs fault!!”

“My first experience with them for electrical and plumbing was great although pricey. They hooked me into the maintenance plan which I now regret. My second experience for HVAC repairs was a joke...very unprofessional and frustrating, got the run around for two weeks and ended up hitting a contractor on my own. Very disappointed.
