“Bryan Johnson was outstanding in the electrical job he did for me. It involved VERY major work including the grounding of the house which had never been present since it was built(1963). Also came on a Sunday night for an initial emergency visit because ny house had lost power in only 1 / 2 of the rooms , and it turned out certain circuit breaker box connections were actually melting. He made the house safe for the night and returned Monday morning to do the work.”

They called one day and said they were running late because of a flat tire and then when they arrived they said it was because they had to pick up supplies at Melrose. If I was a first-time customer I would have reconsidered because of false information.”

“They were good. They did good work. I'm not sure how the price thing was. I didn't really do any comparison shopping, but I haven't had any problems with the work they did. They showed up on time and the guy who came and did the work seemed like a nice, normal person. I had them do a pretty big electrical job for me, like a day and a half long project, a pretty big project. Then they did some plumbing for me also. I would give them an A overall. They didn't leave anything behind. It was all good. My only complaint is they call me a lot to try to sell me follow up services, which really annoys me. They also give my name and number to third party companies. I get a call probably every two weeks from a plumber, which is kind of annoying.”

“I wouldn't call it positive. I don't know if I'd call it negative. I stopped my service with them for a couple of reasons. Every time they came out, I felt like I was getting talked into trying to spend money on a faucet or a garbage disposal and they weren't cheap, like hundreds and hundreds of dollars. When I got a vent put into my ceiling, something happened with one of my plugs. It's now not working after they did that. I felt like it was too expensive and although they did offer a ten percent discount, I thought the ten percent discount got me down to standard and customary. It was still probably more than standard and customary. I would give them a C.”

“I didn't have fuse afterward. I was supposed to have a surge protector lights put into the system. There was a surge and one of my very expensive air filters, the whole thing just broke completely, like it got burned. The whole component burned during that surge, so I was a little disappointed that I spent $2,500 to have all that installed and then I had to deal with something like that, because I kind of thought that's why I was installing the surge protector. Even though it was a bad experience, I will say that the electrician that installed it, I really liked him. I thought he was very thorough in his explanation. But, overall, I'm disappointed that that happened. I would grade the overall experience with a C-. This last incident, the person was not on time, and he showed up and he was very, very rude to me. And he said he didn't know why the company sent him and why I signed up for this program.”
