Not the greatest experience, but not the worst either. I didn’t receive a notification about the technicians coming to clean my gutters, and later found out the wrong number was on file. My grill wasn’t covered during the service, and this is how it was left afterward. I did call and speak with a representative to share my feedback — she was professional, understanding, and offered a 10% discount on my next cleaning. She also took the time to explain additional services they offer. Overall, I believe the company can do better and will improve next time. Looking forward to seeing how things go on the next visit.

Great Experience. I called with a clogged gutters on my home that I was selling and I needed them cleaned fast. They worked with me and got me on the schedule in 72 hours! Work was done fast and professional. Great communication and great pricing. I will definitely use them again!

Sadly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Called in November to get someone to come out to clean the gutters. No less than 10 appointments were cancelled and rescheduled in the 3.5 months since. Some due to weather, which is completely understandable, but the vast majority were due to miscommunications and team member unavailability. There was no proactive communication, and every time I called I got the same sob story about the weather and pressure to become a full time member with 4 gutter (unnecessary) gutter cleanings per year to guarantee service. 0/10 stars, would not recommend.

Four days ago Ned Stevens Co cleaned my gutters. They removed my gutter covers without my permission and didn’t put them back. We spoke with a Ned Steven representative about the situation. He tried to be dismissive about the situation and stated he would call back. I informed a Ned Representative of an incident with them in 2022 regarding removing my gutters without my permission, they had to come back & put the back and didn’t want it to happen again. I asked Ned Steven representative to note my account for the gutters not to be removed in 2025 but they did it again. Ned Steven hasn’t sent anyone to put the cover back on or pay for the damage gutters. I would not recommend them.

***Beware they may take additional time to come**** Honestly I was very disappointed on this company. I called them in November(when leaves were still falling) and after many attempts they finally came to clean my gutters in January. I do understand they have many clients and the weather sometimes does not cooperate, but waiting two months is something a new customer won’t like. Please if someone at the company read this, pay attention to the times and dates, and be honest to your customers, if you can’t come within a reasonable time let them know before offering the service. Luckily, last time I called and asked to be transferred to a supervisor, one lady called Alba was very helpful and sent the crew the same week and was able to give me a date. I don’t know if I can trust them again. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the people that came to do the work, Juan and Giovanni were very professional and did a a great job. Hope others have better luck.
