I had a major House pipe water leak on Saturday night. I had already decided to not use 2 other Plumbing companies due to prior inflated prices for not so good service and terrible emergency service. Master plumber arrived after midnight assessed the problem, provided a reasonable quote and another master plumber arrived Sunday around noon to fix. Excellent results! After deep digging, Chris even did an excellent job of putting back the sod and grass.

Terrible experience. The quote is attached. It’s laughable. They want $10k to run an electrical cable through the attic bc my breaker box is opposite my garage. Scheduling them: It takes about 12 calls to get them to come out. You have to call to confirm you made an appointment. A call to see if they can change your appointment. A call to confirm you’re ready else the tech will be rerouted. You have to call back each time. I think they prey on the uninformed. Or they’re just super high end and I can’t afford.

Kevin from Abacus did a great job repairing a small gas leak at our house. He came out on Sunday and was able to make a temporary repair to keep everything safe, then returned Tuesday to complete the permanent repair. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. I really appreciated him coming out on a Sunday and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Great service and I would definitely recommend Kevin and Abacus!

Great experience with Abacus! They kept me updated on my appointment and technician arrival. I needed a furnace inspection for foster home requirements, and despite the Texas heat, the technician checked what he could, including carbon monoxide, gas leaks, and possible heat exchanger cracks. He was also very helpful in explaining possible next steps and pricing. I really appreciated his flexibility and thoroughness!
