“I feel I was overcharged for a capacitor replacement. $800 is too much since it is a $25 item and since it took only a few minutes to replace . Also, the technician was trying to sell me a new unit for $11,500, then changed the price to $9,500, then again to $9,000.”

“I don’t recommend abacus for electrical services because when we had our estimate, they kept pushing hard for us to buy more products that were optional. The quote from Abacus for our project was THOUSANDS of dollars less than every other bid. The cost and upsell alone totally turned us off to Abacus.”
