I had PTSD after the shoddy work we received from Four Seasons years ago and was hesitant to have my furnace repaired. However, Nick took multiple pictures and explained step by step all of the issues with my furnace. He explained options of repairing versus replacing and allowed me to choose the process I was most comfortable with. His expertise was evident. He told me a trusted crew was available the next day and they came out and completed the most outstanding work!!! I am so pleased with the work by Francisco and Daniel. I paid a premium price for a furnace and thermostat replacement, but didn’t get a premium installation. 1. The new furnace was shorter and put on a steel box. They didn’t take the time to properly line up the filter connection to the new height. 2. They fried my humidifier by connecting it to the W1 24 V output. The new Trane model has HUM relay connections for the humidifier that would work for my humidifier, but not after they fried it. They either did look at how it connected to the old Trane furnace, or fried it on purpose to make be buy a new one. The humidifier was controlled by the thermostat and the new thermostat also supports that, but they didn’t even try to set that up like the old one or run the extra wire to the thermostat needed for that to work. 3. We made sure the AC still worked with the new thermostat. The last thing they did when they left was “take the thermostat out of test mode” which does not exist. They actually pulled it off the wall and changed the R port slider from 1-wire to 2-wire connections. There is only 1 R wire connected, so this completely disabled the AC. Technically the H ports should have defaulted to 2 wire, no voltage applied, but it was set 1 wire which would be bad for my humidifier. 4. I almost forgot about the gas leak. It was a simple fix, but when I smelled gas I got to test their connections with bubbles, because they didn’t. So, I paid for a premium installation and got a broken humidifier and disabled AC.

They bought the local HVAC company and are continuing the same great customer service and craftsmanship with reasonable prices. I sleep great at night knowing my furnace and central air were installed by them. I also had them clean out my vents throughout the house and they did a remarkable job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marques Bryan did an outstanding job! He arrived promptly, was very professional, and took the time to educate me throughout the entire process so I understood what was causing the issue and how he fixed it. He wore shoe covers to protect my home and even placed protective coverings on the floor where he set his tools, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed and cleared the clog, and my kitchen sink is draining perfectly again. The entire experience was friendly, efficient, and stress-free.
