I use DPS for all of my plumbing needs and refer them to all of our real estate clients. This was the biggest job I’ve had them do for me personally. And, as always the team was exceptional. They got me scheduled quickly and were able to install our water heater so we were not without water for very long. They do great work and everything was clean. I’m not a plumber but when you look at the final product you can tell they take great pride in their work. This is the company you should call.

I had a great experience with DPS Plumbing and especially their technician, Sasha! I called last night after discovering water in my basement, and they were able to schedule an appointment right away at a convenient for me time. Sasha arrived on time, I didn’t have to wait, he was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up after himself. He even went out of his way to help me carry some heavy bags of salt for our filtration system! It’s so nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Thank you, Sasha! Highly recommend Drain and Plumbing services !

We have used Drain & Plumbing Services for several years now to rod out the sewer line. Each time we have received prompt and great service at a reasonable price. Their Customer Service team is very friendly, and Yuri does excellent work every time. During the recent job, he worked efficiently to remove several roots in our sewer line, and he also gave us a helpful idea on how to manage the water coming out of our sump pump. We highly recommend them!!!

Drain & Plumbing Services did a great job cleaning my sewer pipes. Technician Yuri was super friendly and patient with my questions. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. Yuri video inspected sewer pipes, recommended the best solution for the problem and explained how it works. After job was done, he did a video inspection one more time and showed me the result(it was great!!!). I really appreciate how Drain & Plumbing Services run their business. BTW price was very reasonable too.

I am a Chicagoland realtor, and I cannot recommend DPS enough! We had an issue that arose during inspections and attorney review. They came out inspected and fixed the problem all within a few days. They are quick, very easy to work with, and very reasonable in price!
