“The purpose of the project was to respond to an error code on my tankless water heater indicating a blockage in the discharge line, which prevented the water heater from operating. The tech arrived in the morning and thought he had cleared the blockage. No error code when he left. About two hours I found I again had no hot water, and the same error code was present. The tech returned at 7 pm and worked until late to do a more thorough cleaning of the discharge reservoir. Even though it took two trips, I was very happy with the co-operation and perseverance to get the job done and solve the problem.”
