The plumber who came to the house was amazing! I had a stuck shower cartridge, and he fought it like a champ! He called it the worst small job he’d ever seen… it took power tools and elbow grease, but he was able to overcome the worst corrosion from 20 years of bad water and get the job done! I am so appreciative of his hard work! Photos are before (the wedged, broken cartridge), immediately after he got it out, and after he cleaned it up! If he hadn’t been so helpful with a great attitude I would have taken off a star for their AI phone assistant, which seemed to ‘understand’ what I said well enough, but did not relay my messages.

Ian Falcon from Papalia Home Services was a pleasure to work with. He came to my home to consult on the installation of track lighting in my living room and took the time to carefully assess the space and discuss several options with me. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I particularly appreciated his thoughtful recommendations and his willingness to explain the process in a clear and understandable way. By the end of the visit, I felt confident about the plan, and we scheduled the installation for next Tuesday. Ian provided excellent customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I look forward to working with him again.

Mark and Liam did a wonderful job! Our hot water heater needed to be repaired or replaced and we scheduled the appointment online on Sunday and they came on Monday. Mark clearly explained why a replacement was necessary. The exact cost was calculated at that time and proved to be true. As they drained the old unit, the new unit was delivered via an other employee. -very efficient! - We highly recommend this company!

Amanda did an amazing job! Not only did she fix our AC quickly and efficiently, but she also came out after hours to make sure we received service on the day we had been promised. She took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and walked us through the repairs in a way that was easy to understand, which we really appreciated. On top of that, she wore shoe covers to keep our home clean, was incredibly professional and courteous, and even made friends with our pets! This was by far one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll absolutely be using Papalia again, and we’ll specifically be requesting Amanda whenever possible.

Very pleased to have a technician arrive day after I called. On the 4th of July with a massive heat wave going on. Dan fixed my AC unit and we signed up for a home maintenance plan for 4 different items which made a lot of sense. He did everything in under an hour. Very efficient and informative. Price below included capicitor along with service and service contract which I think is good value. Recommend highly.
