"Clara did a fantastic job of installing a new faucet in a bathroom sink. The old faucet was hard to get out because it had rusted and corroded over the years. Clara showed me the issue and said she’d be as careful as possible to not scratch the porcelain. She aced it. The old configuration under the sink had been installed in a bit of a Rube Goldberg manner (by another company). Clara simplified it. One or two other issues arose as a result of the age of the old faucet and Clara explained each and solved them expertly. Papalia charges top dollar for their work but I’m happy to pay it given the knowledge and skill Clara demonstrated. I only hope she is the service member who we get to solve future problems."

He made quick work of the job, left everything super clean and was friendly and proessional throughout. "“They did it like I would have”. Had our electrical service and breaker panel replaced by these guys after a water issue had left us without power. PJ and Ryan were right on time, and the installation was FLAWLESS. I mean, everything is perfectly straight, perfectly aligned, and 100% worth every penny! (Which was right on par / just below what some others would have charged me. Granted the panel will never have to be replaced again, but if all of the Papalia guys are THIS good? Yeah, we’ll be calling again for other stuff! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!"

"They came in they installed the dishwasher while brainstorming how to take the pipe from far to the drain area. They decided to put it behind the oven. They charged me about $1000 for it. Later I found that the installation was incorrect. It wasn't fitting completely behind the slot. Then they didn't take into contact the line behind the over was at risk of melting; the oven gets hot. What is this? This is not how I wanted to spend money. I would not recommend Papalia to anyone."

"The technician from Papalia was friendly and arrived on time; however, of the three problems I asked him to solve (malfunctioning shower handle, leaky bathtub drain, broken outdoor water spigot) two of them stopped working again almost immediately after his visit (the tub leaks again and the outdoor spigot he installed stopped working for no obvious reason). Given what I paid for the blasted things, I'm certainly not inclined to pay for Papalia service again."

Then they told me that they pushed me by 3 weeks because I'm not an established customer. When they finally came - they took $200 for diagnostic and promised to come back to provide a quote for replacement. They came 2 weeks later to look and provide a quote. Quote was not provided so I called and asked for the quote - they told me to wait. It's been a month - I'm still waiting."
