Ian Falcon from Papalia Home Services was a pleasure to work with. He came to my home to consult on the installation of track lighting in my living room and took the time to carefully assess the space and discuss several options with me. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I particularly appreciated his thoughtful recommendations and his willingness to explain the process in a clear and understandable way. By the end of the visit, I felt confident about the plan, and we scheduled the installation for next Tuesday. Ian provided excellent customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. I look forward to working with him again.

Shaun and Ryan were great! So was their Service. They replaced my hot water heater promptly and accommodated me in a very short time during this busy holiday season. We recently had Joe P. come out to assess our home and we couldn’t be more impressed. He was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He quickly identified a real issue we had and got it fixed in no time. The first time I called Papalia home services my basement had flooded and I couldn't find the source. They came right out. It was a simple fix. The issue was solved within hours. I decided to use them again when I had a leaking toilet. It was easy to schedule, they were great work with. I'm very happy with the service.
