“Mike Antonellis showed up on time and replaced an old, corroded, leaky pipe with a sturdy PVC pipe under our sink (which was a very small space to say the least!). He made quick work of the job, left everything super clean and was friendly and proessional throughout. This is my second time now using Papalia and they are certainly on the top of our list now for this type of work for sure!”

“I was charged over $600 for 1.5 hr of time only, no parts. Thats $400/hr. The Papalia service amounted to unclogging a bathroom sink and tub, which were a bit slow draining but not original problem for which service requested, i.e. pop up metal sink stopper not closing. I called Papalia regarding excessive charges and never heard back.”

“They came in they installed the dishwasher while brainstorming how to take the pipe from far to the drain area. They decided to put it behind the oven. They charged me about $1000 for it. Later I found that the installation was incorrect. It wasn't fitting completely behind the slot. Then they didn't take into contact the line behind the over was at risk of melting; the oven gets hot. What is this? This is not how I wanted to spend money. I would not recommend Papalia to anyone.”
