We call essentially every day to get an update, and we can only get a hold of the front desk staff and we have only received one call back to let us know what is going on. We understand it is a made-to-order part, but the fact that we do not receive any updates on the status of the order or pricing is very frustrating."

Luckily we saw this problem and had them remove prior to installing. Also...We had there service package. They did not even change the filters the new filter was left leaning on the unit. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed."

"I'd use or recommend 128 only in case of emergency. Availability and punctuality are good. However, the price is high compared to other services. Also, the attitude of the technician is sales oriented, and I don't appreciate that. When I call to service my AC, I want to get it fixed, I'm not in the market for a new system when it's 90+ degrees and the AC compressor is broken. Only if I'm shopping for a new AC, I'd welcome the shopping advice. I forget how much you charge for the visit ($50?). It's not a lot of money, but I'd expect that to cover some diagnostics. What the technician said was, "if I need to take my tools out of the truck, I'd need to charge you $150" (and then he started his sales pitch). I'd rather pay $100 out front to get the diagnostics done and not feel like I'm being taken advantage of."

"I'd highly recommend 128 Plumbing, of three bids to replace our home heating and hot water system they were the middle bid, but by far the most trustworthy and experienced, 128 Plumbing provided us the most detailed work quote (the other two company bids lacked that level of itemized work) . Moreover 128 Plumbing followed through from day one providing us a high quality job with little to no disruption (the temporary portable electric hot water system and electric heaters during the job were a great unexpected plus). Overall very good value for our money."

"The only interaction I have with 128 was extremely negative, I would give 0 stars if I could. I inquired about a free estimate online for a panel swap of my electric service. The electrician arrived, looked at the panel for 5 minutes and then said it was $50 for the estimate. Then the electrician took a few minutes to draft up an estimate for the work and came back with an EGREGIOUSLY HIGH estimate which was more than double 4 other quotes I received for the same job. I would not recommend."

"I would not recommend 128 Plumbing. They started by sending the wrong technician, after discussing this extensively with the person scheduling. This team did not charge me as they were not able to preform any of the work required. They then sent a technician who did not seem to want to do the job, and the quote kept increasing by the moment. In the end they never followed up with an actual quote for my job, and led me to believe that they did not want my work."

"It's all on pricing and how he presented it. I had two toilets leaking at the floor. He told me $800 to fix both, so I said go ahead. He removed the toilets and said that the flanges were broken on both and that now it was going to be an all-day project and it's $1800.00. Two hours later it was done and gone. He misled me! He was here two and a half hours and charged me $1800.00. I feel that I was taken advantage of and got ripped off because I didn't know any better at the time. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!"
