I wanted to give a shout out to the 128 team and say how impressed I am after using their service for my Weil McLain boiler 128 was recommended to me a friend who is pretty handy and does a lot of HVAC and plumbing repairs himself. I was put in touch with Matt at 128, who promptly called me up and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Matt was a pleasure to deal with, really knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He made things so easy. The next day, Joe came out to my house to look at my boiler that needed some serious work to get back up and running. Joe came at the time he said he would, was super nice, and was really thorough about all my options. More importantly, he was a really nice guy. After looking the unit over, Joe quickly gave me the news. The boiler's combustion chamber had collapsed and was in 4 pieces, a nozzle and electrode needed replacement, and the general condition of the boiler was poor and needed a serious tune up. It was a mess. Joe got on it and repaired everything with ease. He had all the correct parts needed. He was thorough, easy going, and just made the whole process seamless and easy. Joe is a real asset to 128. I would highly recommend the 128 team. Pics below are of the collapsed chamber.

128 Is truly an amazing service company. We had a Monday afternoon appointment to have our hot water heater inspected, but the unit failed over the weekend. I called on Saturday to change the appointment to a replacement. The tech (Kyle?) called first thing Monday and arrived shortly after. We had a consultation with Mike who offered several options and we decided to install a new boiler and indirect hot water tank. Within three days the crews had demo'd and removed the old plumbing and equipment and installed the new system. The entire team worked so well together, and communicated with me every step of the way. They were all very professional, personable, polite, and meticulously neat. Huge thanks to Mike, Juan, Jarrod, Alejandro, and all the rest of the many crews who pitched in to get us up and running! I cannot thank and recommend them enough.

I had a new heating and cooling system inst system installed last year by 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric. They did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. I called them becaust I needed a new toilet installed. The plumber Steven L. Arrived at my house earlier than I expected. Was able to find a toilet that matched my existing fixtures. He left for a short while and returned with the new toilet. Steven L. did an excellent job with the installation everything went very well. The area was clean when he left. I highly recommend 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric and their plumber Steven L.

A+ … complete ac/heating system replacement with heat pump, 3 new thermostats, new dampers, piping, and altered some duct work. On site managers Tommy and Buck and their crews were terrific. They explained everything that was done. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and their attention to detail was impressive!! Electrician Nick went above and beyond to make sure we understood our new smart thermostats, and how the whole system communicated. Project Manager Makayla and Program Coordinator Amy were awesome at keeping me informed every step of the project, responding very quickly to any question I had, and just stood out above and beyond any recent service I have experienced anywhere… Thank you!!! So glad I did business with 128 and definitely will do so in the future!!

We have been loyal customers of 128 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric for years and have recommended them to many friends and neighbors. In the past, they earned our trust by providing exceptional service, including responding in the middle of a winter storm when our heat failed and going above and beyond to help our family. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has been the complete opposite. We invested a significant amount of money in a new HVAC system through 128 and felt confident we were making the right choice. Just over a year later, our AC failed during one of the hottest stretches of summer. While the failed component is covered under warranty, nearly three weeks later we still do not have a clear timeline for when the replacement part will arrive or when the repair will be completed. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and urgency. We have had to repeatedly contact the company for updates, only to receive vague responses and reminders that they are "covering the labor." While that is appreciated, it does little to address the fact that we are without air conditioning, have guests staying in our home, and have been left waiting without answers. Selling and installing the system was smooth and professional. The real test of a company, however, is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling that customer support after the sale is not a priority. This is not the same 128 that earned our trust years ago. I sincerely hope they improve their warranty support and communication, because no customer should have to work this hard to get information about a repair on a relatively new system.
