I got a few quotes for a new heating system and 128 Heating was the middle price and they did an amazing job. Great communication from the beginning to the end. The workers were very professional and explained everything as they were doing the install when I asked questions. I will be signing up for the yearly maintenance check.

This is two reviews of 128 Plumbing. Last week, ANDREW performed annual maintenance on my tankless hot water, and AC condenser. This week, STEPHEN came and due to an old leaking garbage disposal, replaced it with a new one. 128 obviously has a great training program. Both Stephen and Andrew immediately donned shoe covers - this is def a unique practice in the industry, and one I have never seen in my 30+ years of hiring plumbers for my multiple properties. This shows respect for keeping customers properties clean which I appreciate. Both technicians explained things in a comprehensive fashion - very helpful to me! They carried out their tasks quickly, efficiently, professionally. I signed up for their home maintenance program so now I have them 'on retainer.' :) I can highly recommend 128 Plumbing, and feel confident having them on board for any future plumbing needs.

We had 128 out for replacement of our AC/furnaces and the team was great. I had a few small plumbing issues as well and because of that great experience I called in a week later to have someone come out to quote me. Kenny came out the next day and gave me a fair and honest assessment which included that we really should replace our 13 year old water heater. He gave a fair price and we had Chandler and Steve out a couple of days later to replace that and do some other items as well. The team as always is friendly, respectful and informative of what they are doing. 128 will continue to be my go to provider for home services!

128 installed/replaced all our HVAC systems in our home over the past 5-6 years (2 A/Cs + 1 oil furnace). Choosing an HVAC company is always a bit stressful, but hiring 128 to install our new systems was the best decision we could have made. Not only was the initial installation professional, clean, and efficiently done, but their true value shone through in their post-installation support. As with any major mechanical system, unexpected issues popped up in the years after the initial install. What separates this company from the competition is their absolute integrity. They completely stand by their equipment. Every single time we called with a problem, they came back to address the issue, often repair things under warranty & covering the cost of labor too. They don’t just "install and disappear"—they stay committed until everything is running perfectly. The technicians who come to our home have been polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in resolving the issue completely. (Huge shoutout to Mark!!) It is incredibly rare to find a company with this level of honesty, accountability, and customer service these days. If you want peace of mind along with your new HVAC system, look no further. Highly recommended!

I had a new heating and cooling system inst system installed last year by 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric. They did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. I called them becaust I needed a new toilet installed. The plumber Steven L. Arrived at my house earlier than I expected. Was able to find a toilet that matched my existing fixtures. He left for a short while and returned with the new toilet. Steven L. did an excellent job with the installation everything went very well. The area was clean when he left. I highly recommend 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric and their plumber Steven L.
