Archadeck just spent several months fixing and re-decking our lower deck and installing new railing. They have done a great job and we are now having them re-construct our upper deck, too! We started working with Archadeck many months ago as we were getting bids to replace our railing. We thought we would just need the railing done, but had also been noticing that the decking was curling and cracking in places. We had just replaced our wood decking with Timber Tek installed by a different company 5 years before at huge expense, so it was really disappointing that the deck was starting to fall apart. Steve and Bill from Archadeck spent many months helping us through the warranty process when really the only income they were guaranteed from us was the railing replacement cost. The decking seemed like it was failing because of inadequate framing when it was done 5 years before, but it was very lucky for us that Timber Tek would cover the material as we were just inside the warranty period. Long story short, we ended up using Archadeck for the railing and re-decking. They have been very professional, honest and conscientious and communication has been all around great. Bill has always been available to us for questions and concerns and it has been a true pleasure to have Teddy and Jesus onsite for so many months. How many contractors can you say that about? I can honestly say I will miss them after they finish with our upper deck. They have been sensitive and responsive to stressors (such as unplanned plumbing work which required taking up 8 or so boards they had just installed!) The finished product is elegant, level, structurally sound and beautiful. We are so excited. Archadeck is not the least expensive contractor, but as we have painfully learned, cheaper can be (much!)more expensive in the long run. We hope that after the upper deck is replaced, we will be done with deck work for many years, but would definitely recommend Archadeck as an A+ choice for decks.

Selected Archadeck Seattle to re-board our cedar 2x4 decking with TimberTech. The project involved three large decks and three stories of stairs on a steep hill. Jamison, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable. His bid on the project, while not the lowest, was the most comprehensive. We loved working with Brady and Luke, our construction crew. They were both highly skilled carpenters. Overall, even with some unexpected adjustments and complications, everyone including the owner, Steve, stepped up to assure our complete satisfaction at project’s end. 5-stars. Thank you.

Working with Steve and Juan and everyone involved in our project at Archadeck was a delight. We had received bids from several area deck builders and were underwhelmed by each of the companies we considered. They were all either too expensive, too disinterested in our project, or in one case, clearly lacked the experience and ability to tackle our deck project. Perhaps our project wasn't the most challenging deck to build, but after speaking with Archadeck it was clear that they were simply the best choice we could have made. They handled all of the details and in less time than we thought our project was finished. Our deck is beautiful and we've been spending as much time outside enjoying it as possible! These folks know what they're doing and we wouldn't hire anyone else for future deck or porch projects.

We could not be happier with our new deck and outdoor fireplace. From the moment Jamison came to our home, he helped create and make our vision come to life. He was upfront, honest and knowledgeable. He always answered all my questions and even pushed this project forward knowing we had a special event coming up. Both Tim and Steve were also amazing. They were accommodating, helpful and timely. We truly appreciate all you did.

We had a great experience working with Archadeck. Our deck and covered patio has exceeded our expectations! The price becomes inconsequential when you see the spectacular results. We look forward to spending more time outside in this beautiful space now.
