I highly recommend MB&T for their professional and people skills that made the whole renovation project flow smoothly and confidently. From my first encounter, I felt comfortable in the experience and knowledge that the company holds. Many employees have been with the company almost since its start and since they specialize only in bathrooms, there is no problem they can't deal with-they have seen it all!. Chris measured and assessed the space, Kirsten expertly guided me through the selection and design process with great understanding of my nervousness about the project. And I was lucky to have Eric and Alex an absolutely "A" team do the installation. I have never seen such beautiful tile work! End of day work also included clean up which was deeply appreciated. The communication between all the moving parts was wonderful. My project manager always kept me up to date and informed. I am very pleased with my new bathroom; it is literally a piece at art!

I give Metropolitan Bath and Tile five stars. From my first meeting with the designer until the job was completed, there was excellent communication and dependability. Everyone was patient and responsive when answering my questions. With the designer's guidance, I selected my materials from the quality products in their showroom. The work reflected expertise, care, and attention to detail. Consequently, I have a beautiful bathroom. I am so pleased with my experience that I intend to have them do my second bathroom also. Thank you to everyone.

4.5 Stars - overall. 5.0 Stars - for Tom (sales rep). He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Loved working with him throughout the project. 5.0 Stars - for Dennis (technician). I can’t speak high enough for him. His attention to detail and thoroughness was amazing. We are incredibly happy with the final product! 5.0 Stars - for Lem (Operations manager). We had one hiccup during installation. He was quick to provide a solution and made it obvious that customer service is MBT’s top priority. 4.0 Stars - for the design experience. The prices are a little extreme in some areas for no reason. For example, a corner shelf should not cost $400 when you can get the same thing on Amazon for $20. Same thing for a niche. I’m happy to pay for quality, but they gouge you for anything extra. Overall, definitely recommend for the quality but get a detailed price quote to know when you are being overcharged.

We just had 3 1/2 bathrooms redone. Started with Cloud coming out for estimate and then going to the showroom. Cloud was fantastic and easy to work with. Eric , Alex , and Reggie were the the crew that did all the work. Very detailed and great work. All nice guys too. Communication was great. Thanks again

I was impressed with Dennis. He is very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He definitely knows what he is doing and is my first choice for any other bath work I may need. He is truly a craftsman. I have no idea what he is paid, but whatever it is I would say it is a bargain. An excellent representative for your company.,
