My experience with Metropolitan Bath & Tile has been wonderful so far. I’ve spoken to several bathroom contractors but their customer service (from the initial call to the estimator) is unmatched. I first spoke with Angie on the phone, who was very kind, patient, and understanding. She answered all of my questions. I know I probably sounded like I was all over the place but she didn’t make me feel dumb or crazy. Then the estimator, Chris Hughes, came to look at our bathrooms. He took his time evaluating, listening to everything I had to say to understand the situation, and gave me extremely helpful suggestions. I really REALLY appreciate him because of his honesty. All the other contractors that have come over for an estimate told me I needed to replace more than what I need to. Chris was able to explain to me logically why certain things probably weren’t necessary. Hopeful my experience with them will continue to be positive!

Our main bathroom was redone by Metropolitan Bath and Tile and it turned out great, on budget, and on time. Now a few years later we are having our other bathrooms updated and are returning to them. Today, Kevin came out to our house and did the measurements, took note of our goals, and walked us through some great options and ideas. Now with that in mind and the layout we discussed with Kevin, we are all set to visit the showroom to select materials for the installation. Kevin did a great job of explaining the installation process and sequencing.

I highly recommend MB&T for their professional and people skills that made the whole renovation project flow smoothly and confidently. From my first encounter, I felt comfortable in the experience and knowledge that the company holds. Many employees have been with the company almost since its start and since they specialize only in bathrooms, there is no problem they can't deal with-they have seen it all!. Chris measured and assessed the space, Kirsten expertly guided me through the selection and design process with great understanding of my nervousness about the project. And I was lucky to have Eric and Alex an absolutely "A" team do the installation. I have never seen such beautiful tile work! End of day work also included clean up which was deeply appreciated. The communication between all the moving parts was wonderful. My project manager always kept me up to date and informed. I am very pleased with my new bathroom; it is literally a piece at art!

This was a complicated job. It included demo of the entire shower surround and floor and correcting mistakes the previous inexperienced contractor had made. That’s why I decided to go with Metro Bath and Tile. Experience Matters! Max was fantastic! He worked with me to install a random tile pattern for our shower enclosure that looks fantastic! Everything now works the way it should. I would include photos but the paint work has not yet been completed. I highly recommend Metro Bath & Tile.

Our experience with Metropolitan was outstanding in every aspect of our master bathroom renovation. The design process was great with good ideas and every question answered ( beautiful showroom!). And a very special shoutout to our install team, Eric and Alex! Their combination of amazing craftsmanship and warm personalities made the whole buildout into a wonderful, unique experience! Thank you all for our beautiful new bathroom.
