The crew that installed our windows and doors did an exceptional job. They were very respectful when interacting with us, our kids, and dog. They were also very respectful of our home using drop cloths and plastic to protect surfaces and decorations that could not be moved. When they left, it was like they were never there. They didn’t leave behind any speck of dust or debris. The windows and doors are amazing to look at and so beautiful. We love them and can’t recommend them enough.

I was simply amazed by my experience with Thompson Creek. They were professional, experienced and the cost was reasonable. We had a situation where we needed a sliding glass door replaced. The prior one, installed by a big box stores, apparently was not installed correctly and was allowing water to seek into the Family Room. It had damaged our sub-flooring as well. Thompson Creek installed the door and replaced all the wood beneath the door. I watched them through the installation and it was a high quality job. From the quote process to the installation, and their priduct itself, their service and priduct was amazing! Lessons learned is that you "think" you may be saving money utilizing a big box stores to buy and install your doors or windows, but you may pay for it later due to their inexperience and the fact that their installers may not be competent.

They did an amazing job. Very respectful of our house by wearing shoe covers on our hard wood floors. They laid down covers and all. After they were done, they vacuumed up and cleaned up after themselves. It was a true white glove experience. They showed me all the features of the windows. I’ve been extremely satisfied from start to finished. Would highly recommend them!

I contracted with Jacuzzi & Thompson Creek through Costco. I am very aware of the 'cost' of renovations in my area (MD). At the time, I felt the quote I was given reflected what I expected a shower replacement. The reason I did not entertain other quotes came down to the reputation of Thompson Creek. The peace of mind in 'getting what you paid for' convinced me to proceed! Miguel & his crew showed up at 8am and we're finished by 1:30. They were very respectful of my home; covering every surface they would be using. He consulted me as needed throughout the process. Their clean up was also exemplary. Overall, I was pretty impressed with the entire experience.

We could not be more pleased with our Thompson Creek Window replacement. Abraham and his entire crew was exceptional. They covered all the floors. The installation is flawless. The windows look great and fit perfectly. The finish work is truly impressive. I have exceptionally high standards and Abraham and his crew exceeded our expectations. I have confidently recommended Thompson Creek to everyone I've spoken with since the installation.

"This is our third project that Thompson Creek has completed for us and we are totally satisfied with each process from first contact contact with sales person to saying thank you to the installer. Each have been very professional while also being courteous and friendly. The cost of each project has been within our planned budgets, so we are satisfied with pricing also. We were especially impressed with the installers. We have talked to our neighbors, family and friends about Thompson Creek. Thank you for a job well done!"

"Thompson Creek was very professional. The gentleman that came out to give us the estimate and then to take the measurements were on time and cordial. The installers were also on time. They didn't get done the first day, so the guy came back the second day and finished up just before it started raining. I couldn't ask for any better. You might pay a little more, but the professional and the quality is really good!"

"The craftsmen were excellent and the last project manager that solved one of my problems was fine. They have communication problems between sales and their project management people. I was told that I would have to pay for extras that the salesperson told me to choose when the project manager comes out to measure and that it doesn't cost anything. Then that person wanted to charge for the extras instead."

"1st quote sales quy said over $2300 for storm door which convinced us to spend $4k and replace entry door instead. HOA wouldn't approve so we had to adjust - 2nd sales guy said $1500 for storm door. Which means 1st guy was either not being truthful, or didn't know what he was doing. Day of install they brought the wrong door. Wouldn't go get my door, and told me I had to get at the back of the line for scheduling. I fought back and got a date the next week. That took about 5 phone calls. Ridiculous. New install day comes and they install and leave. I go to shut my entry door and the storm door makes it impossible to shut my entry door. They never bothered to test that. They had to come back and adjust. It's still really hard to shut that entry door but I've given up. Now the door is making a huge screeching sound whenever it opens. Earsplitting. Over a month until someone can look at it."

"The person who came to measure the windows measured them wrong, necessitating a reorder and a 6 week delay. When the correct sized windows came in, the crew that came out wasn't able to completely cap the outside frame because it had an arched top, which could only be done by a special team, necessitating another visit to finish the job. The third time was a charm and the work looks great, but it took 3 visits to get it right and I lost 2 vacation days in the process. Not worth it!"

Unfortunately, at first new to the renovation process, we ran into a couple contractors who left us with work that was done poorly or simply left undone. We got better over the years, but there were still a few hiccups. So, for this final major project (the replacement of fifteen windows in a much loved sun porch), I did my due diligence. Before even meeting with the salesperson, I checked Thompson Creek reviews for both the quality of the product AND the people. They looked good, but I still scheduled consultations with two other companies. Erin*, the salesperson, showed up on time and gave a thorough and impressive presentation. Was Thompson Creek the least expensive of the three companies consulted? No. The most expensive gave a similar presentation and windows seemed to be of similar quality. But scheduling the project was six months out. The least expensive of the three was not impressive at all. They didn’t even bring a sample window, and scheduling was four months out with this company. Thompson Creek set up an installation date approximately one month later. Initial measurements were taken by Erin, then a second person* came by several days later to double-check measurements for all fifteen windows. On install day, Moses* and his two other-workers arrived on time and got to work. Because the fifteen windows were in a single sun room on a first floor, the team was able to finish the job in one day. Before cleaning up and leaving, Moses opened and closed each window and showed me how to open windows for cleaning. A few weeks later, I noticed something odd about one window. It turns out there was a crack in the window that would grow longer in the next few days. Needless to say, I was quite upset. Shannon, my project manager, stepped in and got the wheels moving and this one sash was replaced. When the young man* came with the replacement sash, he said that the crack was probably a stress fracture. But he also reminded me that the cause of the crack didn’t matter. Thompson Creek’s warranty meant it would be replaced no matter what. Now, I wouldn’t wish a broken window less than a month after investing a good sum of money into window replacement, but for me, it helped me to realize Thompson Creek was indeed a reputable company that cared about its products and its customers. *BTW, every employee I came in contact with wore a mask for our entire interaction and was respectful of COVID rules. This was very important to me."

"I would highly recommend Thompson Creek. From our initial consultation until the instillation of our door, they were highly professional and efficient. The original basement door (70 years old) had to be replaced. The technicians explained what our options were and we decided on a full glass sliding door which had to be custom made. The door arrived on the date promised and we are extremely happy with it.If I have any similar needs in the future,I will definitely contact Thompson Creek."

"I am happy with the product itself (gutters) However, the project manager didn't come by to check out the work and the team was sloppy with taking down my old gutters and clean up. I had to get the outside of my house and deck power washed because the crew literally dumped what was in my old gutters, onto my flower beds and it was on my siding and windows. The team broke my bird bath."

"I called the salesman afterward because I wanted some information and he never returned my call or got the information that I needed. The windows open differently than our old windows and you can only open the top part halfway. To clean the window the latch will pop out the window. They never gave us an example of how the window opens and closes or how to do it to clean it. I figured the installer would do that. "Thompson Creek cancelled my installation appointment the day of, which was very inconvenient because I'd had a smaller window cut down and there was a large hole in my exterior wall. It was freezing that day, and I was disappointed that the company didn't prioritize my project given the circumstances. I was told that Ana Acevedo would call me to address this, but she never bothered. The caulking is also pretty sloppy, so overall my impression of the crew is not very good. The barrage of emails and calls asking for feedback is also the most aggressive I've ever experienced from any company. It's too much! This much effort should have been made on the project itself!"

"I have mixed feelings about the service provided by this roofing company. The initial home visit was positive, the representative explained the product information and explained what needed to be done to solve my gutter issue. However, the follow up discussion with the sales rep. who was to initiate the order was very unpleasant. He was dismissive and inpatient and proceeded to tell me that he was cutting into his time with his family—but he is the one that returned my call at 4pm! His attitude conveyed that he was doing me a favor rather than providing a service for which I was paying A LOT of money for—this was unprofessional and unacceptable. Fast forward to the day of the service, a supervisor came to see the work due to some unforeseen issues that were not visible during the initial estimate. To make sure the additional project was done well the supervisor promised he would come and inspect the final work once the gutter installers had completed the job to make sure the issue had been addressed adequately, unfortunately, he never returned to inspect the work. This is an especially egregious oversight especially for customers who are physically unable to climb roofs to do their own inspection, this supervisor should have returned as promised to certify the work. I am still waiting."

"I like the product very much. However, I was not very happy with the communication. I was never told to take down some string lights that were suspended over my deck. The crew took down the section of the lights that attached to the house without notifying me and when they put them back up they created two additional holes in the house by inserting two smaller screws where I initially only had one where the primary eye bolt was located. So I had to fix the problem by taking the string lights down again, re-insert the eye bolt properly, then hang the string lights again."

"The production team delivered exactly what the salesperson said they would. They were extremely professional, courteous, and timely. I am phasing into another set of windows because I was so happy with Thompson Creek Windows."

"We used Thompson Creek several years ago for the upstairs windows in our home, so it made sense to finish the downstairs with their windows, as well. We are very pleased with the look and function of the windows, and the service was great especially during the pandemic when they offered virtual consultations. We had very little face-to-face contact and they accommodated social distancing protocols when needed."

"This was one of the best experience I have ever had with contractors, they were very respectful of our home and belongings. The crew came in and immediately started dropping covering over my wood floors and furniture. The work was done many hours earlier than originally told to us. I was really impressed with how well they cleaned up behind themselves. I would highly recommend this company because they are not pushy nor do they over sell their products. I felt that I got a really good deal for what we needed."

"I was told be the sales person, that you guys did repairs and not just installation which is why I chose your company. When the installers arives, they stated that they could not perform the repairs which made me highly upset with you guys because I felt I was lied to; however, your project manager (Bernard don't know his last name) arrived on the seen and stated he could do the repairs. He was very professional, patient and displayed a can do attitude which got my storm doors replaced and made me highly satisfied with the work."
