Our new powder room is lovely! The installation was great; and everything looks grand. We had a small issue with a vanity drawer having a marred surface, but Metro B and T were highly responsive and secured us a replacement quickly. We are very pleased and would work with them again.

This was not the first time Metropolitan Bath and Tile remodeled our bathrooms. Our experience this time was as good if not even better than the first time. Their staff is very competent, professional, and courteous, and has a lot of experience in this business. They made the process easy for us from beginning to end. Right from the start, their guidance during the design and materials selection was invaluable, especially in terms of narrowing down the choices for us. And best of all, if something is not right in the final product, they will be the first to notice it and fix it. With Metropolitan Bath and Tile, you can't go wrong!

I highly recommend MB&T for their professional and people skills that made the whole renovation project flow smoothly and confidently. From my first encounter, I felt comfortable in the experience and knowledge that the company holds. Many employees have been with the company almost since its start and since they specialize only in bathrooms, there is no problem they can't deal with-they have seen it all!. Chris measured and assessed the space, Kirsten expertly guided me through the selection and design process with great understanding of my nervousness about the project. And I was lucky to have Eric and Alex an absolutely "A" team do the installation. I have never seen such beautiful tile work! End of day work also included clean up which was deeply appreciated. The communication between all the moving parts was wonderful. My project manager always kept me up to date and informed. I am very pleased with my new bathroom; it is literally a piece at art!

I give Metropolitan Bath and Tile five stars. From my first meeting with the designer until the job was completed, there was excellent communication and dependability. Everyone was patient and responsive when answering my questions. With the designer's guidance, I selected my materials from the quality products in their showroom. The work reflected expertise, care, and attention to detail. Consequently, I have a beautiful bathroom. I am so pleased with my experience that I intend to have them do my second bathroom also. Thank you to everyone.

Charlene Flara spent lots of time with me in a thorough assessment of the needs to re do our bathroom and tub. She was professional, personable, and kind. I’m looking forward to a new marble countertop with porcelain sink, new cast iron tub covered with porcelain, using an heirloom medicine cabinet, and new tiling. I’m looking forward to now seeing their extensive showroom and the rest of the process.
