I could give more than five stars, so I highly recommend Cranney Home Services!Nick, the service manager, was the technician who came out to our house first to assess our situation. He took the time to listen to our concerns and provide incredible insights into what would work best for our home. His guidance and advice were absolutely top-notch and spot on; we are so grateful for his expertise, honesty, and professionalism. If you want someone who genuinely cares about finding the right fit for your situation, ask for Nick!Following the assessment, Matthew and Oliver came by and did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issue. They arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and were completely professional, friendly, and honest. Job well done! I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

Javier is an excellent electrician. He stayed all day helping set up my nest camera floodlight without getting frustrated. He is very experienced, funny, patient, and his work is very neat. We've had Cranney here for decades! This time it was for plumbing, a new shower! OMG...as always, these guys were incredible! We had Jonathan and Brandon. Knowledgeable, and able to impart that knowledge, easily for a layman to understand! Very hospitable kids and great to have in the house, with our dogs and all of us! :) I have to add...the craftmanship was incredible! You just don't have that level of skilled craftmanship anymore in this world. It was astounding to see. I'll be honest, Cranney is not cheap, however, you get what you pay for. I can't emphasize this enough...they are worth every cent and MORE! :) Thank you, Jonathan, Brandon and everyone at Cranney! You folks are AWESOME! :)

We've been using Cranney for years, for seasonal checks/routine maintenance, occasional HVAC/plumbing issues, and also a few big projects. A big reason we like Cranney is because they are reliable. When you call, they will show up. I especially appreciate how professional, courteous, and personable their tradespeople are. It’s a breath of fresh air. Our most recent experience was particularly good. On Sunday evening, the pilot on our 15yo gas water tank finally gave up. I called Cranney after dinner, and was scheduled for service the next day. The guys who came, Marco and Zach, were great! They were upbeat and communicated well, and even put on shoe booties every time they walked through the living space. They diagnosed the issue, explained the pros/cons of a fix versus a replacement. We decided a replacement for our old, out-of-warranty tank. Marco asked us about the year-round conditions in our basement, and he and Zach took careful measurements to see what would work in the space we have. They walked us through all the available options (gas, heat-pump, electric, etc.) and the pros and cons of each in terms of efficiency and performance. We decided on a heat-pump/electric hybrid, and they contacted a Cranney electrician on the spot to find out what electric work would be needed. The next morning, Marco and Zach were back to install our new water tank. The electrician (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember!) was also great and easy to talk to. They all did a beautiful job with the installation, especially with the piping leading up to the water tank (which was a confusing mess before). After installation, they explained everything they had done, and showed us how to use the new system. By 2pm, they were done and out the door. We had hot water from a new tank less than 48 hours after we first noticed a problem! One caveat about Cranney is that they’re expensive, and I sincerely hope it’s because they’re paying their guys on the ground well.

The best company for plumbing, electrical, and cooling services, 10/10! From the moment I called, everyone at Cranney was professional, helpful, and efficient. Anthony came out to diagnose the issue with our central air, Paul provided us with an estimate, and the entire ordering process was quick and easy. The installers, Jeff and electrician Brian, worked hard to make sure everything was up and running before they left. I highly recommend Cranney and won’t be using anyone else for our home service needs!
