It would stop running for a little bit and then it would run, so I called them up, and they came out. I gave them all the information that they needed about the part that was faulty, and they brought the right part over. I had given them some incorrect information, but they were able to make the part that they brought work, and they had common sense and didn't have any issues. They were able to make it work with that, and it didn't take too long. They didn't leave a mess or anything like that, and they were good. I would give them an A.”

“I thought they were prompt and came when we needed them to come, and they did a good job with what we needed them to do. They did a good job. They did a main drain cleaning, and they also put a camera through the main drain to check the pipes. I would say they get an A.”

So they came out and did an emergency fix, and it worked out very well for me. I actually knew who they were because I do business in the community. They cover the whole North Shore, and so I had heard of them through some of my nonprofit partners at the time. My experience was an A, so that's what I'll give them.”

I called them, and again they came and did an assessment and let me know what it would cost. To this day, I'm still satisfied with the work that they did on my sink. My toilet broke that night, and I needed someone to come fix my toilet. Lo and behold, I called them, and they came the next morning. I would grade them an A.”
