“The two guys that came out were great. I couldn't have asked for better repairmen. Wonderful human beings. They are great human beings.”

“They did a bathtub drain. They had to change a part. I think they fixed it. The technician seemed like an okay person. I just thought the prices were pretty steep. He showed up pretty close to on time but then it did take longer than I thought for him to go track down the piece he needed, so I think it was a few hours I had to wait. I would give him a C for an overall grade. If someone needed something done and they didn’t have a dedicated plumber or electrician I would say they should call them but if they have someone else, they should stick with them.”

“They cleaned my main storage line. I had a blockage. I liked their professionalism and the quality of their work. They were good. I called and got somebody here. He was prompt, neat and clean. He cleaned up after himself and then he went home. They were A+ across the board on everything. I have already recommended them.”

“They got the job done. They replaced sewer lateral. They had to excavate my basement. I couldn't get someone else to quote the job so I don’t know if Craney is that great. I couldn't even get a comparable estimate for the work. He was the only one in town that did it. It went a little longer than I had hoped, but they did the job correctly and they did the job well. It's over and it was very, very, very expensive. I did hear before using that they were very good, very professional, and very expensive. They did a sewer lateral. They did a full replacement. They excavated the basement floor, brought it all the way out to the street. It was approximately $2,. I'm not even thrilled to be talking about it because I'll just get pissed off, but they did the job. I'd give them a B+.”

“It was a couple of years ago now, but I recall that they were very prompt and the team that they sent out, they were very efficient, neat, and made good use of time. I guess when I say prompt, they were timely in terms of getting back to me and giving quotes and returning messages. They installed what I call a French drain, an interior basement system to suppress some potential water issues. They put in a pump. They helped with some drainage outside of the house. They put it six feet from the basement. The majority of the work was inside and some of it was outside. I had no issues so I'd give them an A+. I haven't had an issue since and it's been seven years. They were very neat.”

“They did various jobs for me. They did electrical work, heating and air, drain and clean repair. They were very reliable. They were just very nice. They were just extremely expensive. I would give them a B down the board. I probably wouldn't be likely to recommend them because of the cost.”

“It was very positive. The guy they sent out was professional, and he explained things to me and gave me my options—no stress. I think I had a slow-moving sink, and it was a little more involved than just snaking the drain out. The piping underneath was frozen and couldn't be loosened, so that was removed and replaced, and it was all done fairly quickly and reasonably priced. I would recommend them. I’ll give them an A.”

“That was a while ago so I don't remember all the details but they were good. They helped repair a sump pump in my basement. The first time they did it wasn't done exactly correctly so I had to call them out again and they were both very nice guys. They both seemed like they knew what they were doing but it was just an error the first time so they came back out and repaired it the second time correctly from what I can tell so I think we're good. I would recommend them, not strongly but it would be fine. I would give a B.”

“They were very professional, they came when I wanted them to, and they did a very good job. They had to replace a drainage pipe. I would absolutely recommend them. I'd give them an A.”

“I have a little trouble with my sewer pipe—roots were getting in there—and they cleaned it out all right.”

“They did exactly what they said they would do, and they told me up front how much it would cost. I was just very pleased. I had two things done. I had electrical work done, I had an overflow in my cellar, and they took care of that. It was a plugged sewer pipe that they took care of. I heard about them because one of my friends had some work done by them. I'm pleased with their work. I'm going to say A- because they try to talk you into a service contract, and as a retired person, paying $20 a month is a little bit more than I can swing. Then for that $20 a month, you get a certain percentage off your next service, but the problem is I didn't use the service, and so I'm paying $20 a month basically for nothing. That was the downside. That was my fault, though, in a way, because I bought into it. I have since gotten out of it, but I think they should just offer it across the board. Once you pay your bill, they should be happy to get their money. If you recommend them or something, then they will give you some kind of credit or something.”

“I like their promptness, communication, and their price was competitive. They did a whole house drain. I've used them for several things. They drained the whole house and winterized it for me. They have done electrical and HVAC work for me in the past. I would grade them an A.”

“I thought they were prompt and came when we needed them to come, and they did a good job with what we needed them to do. They did a good job. They did a main drain cleaning, and they also put a camera through the main drain to check the pipes. I would say they get an A.”

“I wouldn’t do business with anybody else. I like everything about Cranney Home Services. They are A+++, and I have absolutely no complaints. They put the sump pump in the cellar, and they’ve done a lot of other stuff.”

“I liked the fact that they were easy to schedule and right on time. We had a sink that wouldn't drain, so they had to come and snake our line. They did that for us, and so far, so good. I’d grade them as an A.”

“They unplugged a stuck drain a year ago. They were very good, and when they came back three weeks later, they came with the same guy. It was a complicated drain. The fellow that came knew what he was doing, and he was proficient. I would grade them an A.”

“The people that came actually did a good job. It was one manager, the guy that came out, the original guy that came out, he's a really good guy. They did a trench for a wire. I would recommend them to family and friends. I'd give them a B+. They could get an A if they were more timely.”

“I called back the next day and told the lady that Cranney was absolutely perfect. I have no complaints, and they cleaned everything up very well. Everything has been perfect. They did good work. I had a plug in a drain going outside, and they took care of it. They ran the camera through, showed me everything going out to the sewer, and connected a wire into a single outlet where it should've been when I bought this house. So they did everything right. That's about all I can say. I give them an A+.”

“They're on time for their appointments, and I didn't have to wait too long to make an appointment. I think the only thing they had to do was a video inspection. I’d give them an A+.”
