128 Is truly an amazing service company. We had a Monday afternoon appointment to have our hot water heater inspected, but the unit failed over the weekend. I called on Saturday to change the appointment to a replacement. The tech (Kyle?) called first thing Monday and arrived shortly after. We had a consultation with Mike who offered several options and we decided to install a new boiler and indirect hot water tank. Within three days the crews had demo'd and removed the old plumbing and equipment and installed the new system. The entire team worked so well together, and communicated with me every step of the way. They were all very professional, personable, polite, and meticulously neat. Huge thanks to Mike, Juan, Jarrod, Alejandro, and all the rest of the many crews who pitched in to get us up and running! I cannot thank and recommend them enough.

This is two reviews of 128 Plumbing. Last week, ANDREW performed annual maintenance on my tankless hot water, and AC condenser. This week, STEPHEN came and due to an old leaking garbage disposal, replaced it with a new one. 128 obviously has a great training program. Both Stephen and Andrew immediately donned shoe covers - this is def a unique practice in the industry, and one I have never seen in my 30+ years of hiring plumbers for my multiple properties. This shows respect for keeping customers properties clean which I appreciate. Both technicians explained things in a comprehensive fashion - very helpful to me! They carried out their tasks quickly, efficiently, professionally. I signed up for their home maintenance program so now I have them 'on retainer.' :) I can highly recommend 128 Plumbing, and feel confident having them on board for any future plumbing needs.

I had a new heating and cooling system inst system installed last year by 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric. They did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. I called them becaust I needed a new toilet installed. The plumber Steven L. Arrived at my house earlier than I expected. Was able to find a toilet that matched my existing fixtures. He left for a short while and returned with the new toilet. Steven L. did an excellent job with the installation everything went very well. The area was clean when he left. I highly recommend 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric and their plumber Steven L.

A+ … complete ac/heating system replacement with heat pump, 3 new thermostats, new dampers, piping, and altered some duct work. On site managers Tommy and Buck and their crews were terrific. They explained everything that was done. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and their attention to detail was impressive!! Electrician Nick went above and beyond to make sure we understood our new smart thermostats, and how the whole system communicated. Project Manager Makayla and Program Coordinator Amy were awesome at keeping me informed every step of the project, responding very quickly to any question I had, and just stood out above and beyond any recent service I have experienced anywhere… Thank you!!! So glad I did business with 128 and definitely will do so in the future!!

Jeff F. was very accommodating when I needed to alter the time of my appointment slightly. He was incredibly helpful and personable and explained everything he was doing (along with all my options for each part of the work) clearly. He worked fast and cleaned up the area he was working on as well. I highly recommend.
