Had a crew come out for gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. After the crew had finished, they said another crew would be coming out to complete the dryer vent cleaning. After calling customer service to verify, they said that the crew had marked the service completed. I went out to inspect and infact nothing had been completed. I went out and bought my own dryer vent cleaning kit (which I should have just done in the first place) and from the pictures below you can see that nothing had been done despite the crew marking the job complete. I am beginning to wonder if anything had been done in the gutters at all. Thankfully customer service credited the dryer vent cleaning back to my account. But this seems like fraudulent activity. I wonder how many times a crew has come out and said they completed a service only to have not done anything at all? If you have any work done by this company I would check behind them and be sure it was actual done at all or like I should have done anyways, just do it yourself because you can't trust that someone will actual complete a job that you paid for.

The workers notified us that they were here. Came earlier than I expected. Put ladders up on my very tall home. They repaired the minor gutter damage. The work looks clean and neat. Kept me off the roof. Thank you. I am considering using Ned’s for other projects listed on their flyer.

Worst customer service ever and high pressure salesmanship. I was persuaded to opt for a 4 visit gutter service for over $700. My husband called them 4-5 times to get a date or time. They just said as soon as possible. When asked where they were located their response was “local” after almost 4 weeks, he got a date when they were coming. No email, no updates, no texts they would call when they are on their way. When we booked with them, the people on phone ( maybe people that work from home and are well informed) were told we had a tin roof. On the day, they were scheduled to come we called them to ensure we were on their schedule. The woman on phone said they work 7-3pm no other specific information. We were scheduled for pressure washing and gutter cleaning. They got here around 12:30 and after looking at the roof, we were told they don’t work on tin roofs and I should call for a full refund. After arguing with the woman on the phone who tried to say they may have someone to work on our roof. We finally got a refund but they offered no apologies, no communication at all and they wasted about a month of our time and had over $700 of our money because we prepaid.

The young men that came out to clean my gutters were very respectful and professional. They wore appropriate safety gear and cleaned up the debris by mulching it into the yard. It's great fertilizer! They did a great job!

Water was spilling over our gutters and obviously needed maintenance. Scheduling and billing were setup with ease. After they were finished they cleaned up nicely and when it rained later that day all spouts flowed effortlessly with rain water. Thank you all for a job well done!
