We had a great experience with G. Fedale Roofing. They came to replace both of our skylights. Chris S., our project consultant was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Mickey the installation technician did great work, we could not be happier. Overall, we could not be happier!

Mickey completed a flashing replacement where my porch roof meets the house. It was a tricky job due to my stone exterior but Mickey's knowledge and craftsmanship came together for a great finished job! At the same time, we had our chimney repointed by Beau Cremins, a mason who works with G Fedale, and the finished chimney looks great! Mickey communicated with me every step of the way. I am a repeat G Fedale customer (total roof replacement in 2019) and will continue to go to them for my exterior needs.

Our HOA recently worked with G Fedale on a project, and overall I had a positive experience. While some challenges existed, I was impressed with the G Fedale team. Every representative from the company I interacted with (Chris, Shannon, and a gentleman whose name I have forgotten) was professional, kind, and responsive. They communicated clearly, answered questions, and followed through on commitments in a timely manner. Even when delays or confusion arose, they remained helpful and focused on the solution. No project is ever completely without hiccups, but I appreciated G Fedale’s reliability and approach. Based on my experience, I feel comfortable recommending them.

We had our entire roof (including plywood) removed and replaced, ridge vent and smart vent installed by the North Wales office. They did a fantastic job, all in one day, including cleanup. They took extra care with that due to our having a dog. After about 5 years, we noticed excessive granulars coming off the shingles. Contacted G. Fedale and they told us to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. When that was done, we contacted G. Fedale again and they were very accommadating with helping us gaher the information needed for the claim, including removal of sample shingles to send back and pictures. We are now waiting for approval from roof manufacturer to have it fixed. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Justin, Shane and Mickey.

Great experience with all team members I worked with at G Fedale. Sales team worked with insurance to make process smooth and effortless. Project manager, Tyler, kept me informed of timelines and worked performed. On-site team work with my family to ensure as little disruption to our daily routine as possible. Kept job site clean and organized. New roof looks amazing and most importantly does not leak.

"The roof itself is great and the workers did a great job. Clean up wasn't so good, I had to borrow a rolling magnet to clean up about 100 nails. A gutter was installed that I didn't want due to communication breakdowns and landscape lighting was broken. On a positive note they did take the extra gutter off of my bill (but one I will have trouble cleaning and why I didn't want it) and they also took the cost of lights and install off but now I have to get them fixed. Dumpster was there a long time in street in front of house."

"Their price was competitive, but I felt I would get a bit more for my buck with G. Fedale, so I picked them. I am very pleased that I did. The whole team was like a well-oiled machine. They showed up on time and got set up and started with removal of the old roof. All of the materials, dumpster, etc. came shortly after. They found an issue with some of the structure around the roof, and fixed it without issue at a more than reasonable cost. They easily got the job done in one day. Afterward, each member of the team went around the house with a big magnet thing cleaning up nails and debris. At the end, Rob Orwig (project manager) came to my house for the final inspection. He spent an hour or so replacing a shingle, on the back of the house, that had a smear of tar on it. It was minor, cosmetic, and inconspicuous, but he took the time, at the end of a long day, to fix it. All in all it was as pleasant of an experience as one can have with a project of this scale."

Apparently, he was not available, overbooked, or did not communicate that people in the office even stated they were waiting to hear back from him. It included new windows, doors, siding, trim, gutters and a roof on our home and detached garage. The process began with Mike visiting our home and emailing us design images/ renderings the same day! He was knowledgeable about the products and materials. He also made recommendations to help us stay within our budget while accomplishing the aesthetic we were going for. We met our project manager, Justin, at our pre-job meeting. From that point on he was always communicating with us and answering questions. There were a few things that came up during the project and Justin always had immediate answers and solutions. Once the construction began, Rob was on site daily. He was sending photos and giving updates while we were at work! The workmanship was extremely satisfactory and it was obvious from the start that the installation crews have many projects under their belt! We had been discussing this project for many years because we didn't know which direction to go in. We are very happy we used G. Fedale. Now our two year old daughter says when we pull into the driveway, "it's so beautiful!""

GFedale workman was ready to coverup a rotted out beam a second time if, I ,as the homeowner had not been watching the work being done. (3) Re-do work could have been avoided with closer supervision. (4) I believe that a more fair charge for work that had to be re-done would have been $150 for 2"x6" beam instead of $435."
