“While they were able to complete my roof in 2 days, they left an extreme mess in my attic without any mention in the contact. The PM did offer to clean it up with a broom days after the job was completed but the job would not have been able to be done with a broom, a shop vac was required and a few of my items were damaged from the debris. They did give me a little discount for the damage considering this was not mentioned in the contract that debris could leak into my attic; which I did appreciate the discount.”
