We recently used G. Fedale for the second time, and once again they exceeded our expectations. The first time, they completed our siding, soffits, and gutters, and we were so impressed with their exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism that we hired them again for our new roof. Rob O made the quotation process clear, detailed, and easy from the start, and Tyler did an outstanding job as project manager by maintaining great communication throughout the entire project. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and their attention to detail and quality of work truly stand out. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality exterior home improvement work.

We contacted G. Fedale based on the strength of their on line reviews to estimate the installation of 9 Velux sky lights on our roof. The estimate was scheduled for the next day and the price was good compared to the other 2 bids we got. The estimate included all the necessary documents to make it easy to get approval from our HOA which is not to be underrated because the required new shingles had to be matched to the existing shingles which are no longer produced. Clearly the estimator Jason, knew what he was taking about. The work was scheduled and performed quickly with a minimum of disruption to our house and neighborhood. Tyler, the person supervising our job is a great communicator and diligent manager. There were no unpleasant surprises on this project. And the installation was well managed. It would be great if these people were hired to replace the roofs of our townhouse community which is scheduled 3 years from now.

Mickey completed a flashing replacement where my porch roof meets the house. It was a tricky job due to my stone exterior but Mickey's knowledge and craftsmanship came together for a great finished job! At the same time, we had our chimney repointed by Beau Cremins, a mason who works with G Fedale, and the finished chimney looks great! Mickey communicated with me every step of the way. I am a repeat G Fedale customer (total roof replacement in 2019) and will continue to go to them for my exterior needs.

I had an excellent experience with G. Fedale for a small siding repair project. From the start, Rob Orwig was incredibly responsive and addressed my request in a timely manner. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, which made everything easy and stress-free. He treated a small job with professionalism and care. I would highly recommend G. We had our entire roof (including plywood) removed and replaced, ridge vent and smart vent installed by the North Wales office. They did a fantastic job, all in one day, including cleanup. They took extra care with that due to our having a dog. After about 5 years, we noticed excessive granulars coming off the shingles. Contacted G. Fedale and they told us to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. When that was done, we contacted G. Fedale again and they were very accommadating with helping us gaher the information needed for the claim, including removal of sample shingles to send back and pictures. We are now waiting for approval from roof manufacturer to have it fixed. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Justin, Shane and Mickey.

Then when the awning was installed the first time, the lead person made a mistake and tried to cover it up. that further delayed the project. it was as much the mistake, but the fact that he tried to hide it. Its a shame as we have a laundry list of projects to be completed, including building a new unattached garage."

A gutter was installed that I didn't want due to communication breakdowns and landscape lighting was broken. On a positive note they did take the extra gutter off of my bill (but one I will have trouble cleaning and why I didn't want it) and they also took the cost of lights and install off but now I have to get them fixed. Dumpster was there a long time in street in front of house."

"Their price was competitive, but I felt I would get a bit more for my buck with G. Fedale, so I picked them. I am very pleased that I did. The whole team was like a well-oiled machine. They showed up on time and got set up and started with removal of the old roof. All of the materials, dumpster, etc. came shortly after. They found an issue with some of the structure around the roof, and fixed it without issue at a more than reasonable cost. They easily got the job done in one day. Afterward, each member of the team went around the house with a big magnet thing cleaning up nails and debris. At the end, Rob Orwig (project manager) came to my house for the final inspection. He spent an hour or so replacing a shingle, on the back of the house, that had a smear of tar on it. It was minor, cosmetic, and inconspicuous, but he took the time, at the end of a long day, to fix it. All in all it was as pleasant of an experience as one can have with a project of this scale."

It included new windows, doors, siding, trim, gutters and a roof on our home and detached garage. The process began with Mike visiting our home and emailing us design images/ renderings the same day! He was knowledgeable about the products and materials. He also made recommendations to help us stay within our budget while accomplishing the aesthetic we were going for. We met our project manager, Justin, at our pre-job meeting. From that point on he was always communicating with us and answering questions. There were a few things that came up during the project and Justin always had immediate answers and solutions. Once the construction began, Rob was on site daily. He was sending photos and giving updates while we were at work! The workmanship was extremely satisfactory and it was obvious from the start that the installation crews have many projects under their belt! We had been discussing this project for many years because we didn't know which direction to go in. We are very happy we used G. Fedale. Now our two year old daughter says when we pull into the driveway, "it's so beautiful!""
