We had a great experience from start to finish! They did an amazing job replacing our roof and windows. The crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We also have a chronically ill son, and they were incredibly thoughtful and respectful throughout the project. They made sure to avoid his room and were mindful of keeping their distance to help protect his health, which meant so much to our family. Everything looks great, and we’re very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them!

It's been a great experience working with Power Home Remodeling. Vinny was our Remodeling Consultant that we met first. He was very detailed and great to work with, answering all of our questions and understanding our priorities. Then we met Dan, the Quality Assurance Manager, after our installation and he was great as well. He was able to give us even more details and was very efficient in looking for any minor details that needed changes for our future installations. The window installers were great with installing the windows and were very friendly and made sure each area was cleaned before they left.

The products they use are great quality and have a lifetime warranty against any product defects. The problem I have is them not following up with warranty repairs. I took photos and sent a claim, had people come and inspect the defects and improper installation. One told me that there warranty repair crews are busy doing new installations and if in the area that they will address the complaints. Guess what, it has been over two years since then that they came back to repair the defects. I had siding with new gutters, windows, front door and rear sliding door done by them. You would think they would do right by their customers and fix the problems. On two different occasions I had a sales person and an installer come by, one asked about the windows and the other came to sell more products. I mentioned to both of them that no one came back for the repairs. Still to this day they yet had made right on their guarantee lifetime warranty on their products. Every thing is paid off so it has nothing to do with payment. Better off going to a local contractor who has a good reputation than this company. They want your money and after that good luck getting warranty repair. I would never use them again and they’re over priced.

We recently used Power Home Remodeling to replace 15 windows and our front door, and the experience was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and professional, and the whole team made the process smooth. They subcontracted the installation but closely supervised the work to make sure everything was done properly, and even came back afterward to check the job and cleanup. Some may say they’re on the expensive side, but they offer financing options that many companies don’t, and the quality is worth it. We went with Pella windows and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Stay away. They do not honor their warranties. They will sell you on their warranty and then claim that the windows you purchased are no longer being made by the manufacturer and thus no longer under warranty. They say they didn’t know the technology would change making the old windows defunct. They are now charging customers to replace windows that have seal failure after just a couple of years. When old windows didn’t fail for decades. The windows were of poor quality to begin with and we had seal failure a few years after install. They do not stand by their product or warranty and will lie to you about both the quality of the window and the warranty. Do not use. They also ask customers for a review when service is complete so they can use the review to sell your neighbor on a new service. They are still using my review years after having such a bad experience with them. Stay away!
