We recently used Power Home Remodeling to replace 15 windows and our front door, and the experience was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable and professional, and the whole team made the process smooth. They subcontracted the installation but closely supervised the work to make sure everything was done properly, and even came back afterward to check the job and cleanup. Some may say they’re on the expensive side, but they offer financing options that many companies don’t, and the quality is worth it. We went with Pella windows and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

We had put off refinishing the outside of the house for years. My husband and had just started thinking of getting the siding done for many reasons including needing new air conditioners, the house feeling colder each year. Power had been in the neighborhood going door to door and I am very happy that we had the conversation. They did an extremely thorough inspection of the siding, windows and front door. We went all in. They did the windows, siding and front door and are very happy with how everything turned out. The pricing was reasonable and fair. They offer financing which definitely helped. They were responsive to any concerns that came up during the process. All our concerns were corrected/handled to our satisfaction! I definitely recommend speaking with them and we would absolutely use them in the future. Thank you Tiffany Britton for walking us through the process.

Stay away. They do not honor their warranties. They will sell you on their warranty and then claim that the windows you purchased are no longer being made by the manufacturer and thus no longer under warranty. They say they didn’t know the technology would change making the old windows defunct. They are now charging customers to replace windows that have seal failure after just a couple of years. When old windows didn’t fail for decades. The windows were of poor quality to begin with and we had seal failure a few years after install. They do not stand by their product or warranty and will lie to you about both the quality of the window and the warranty. Do not use. They also ask customers for a review when service is complete so they can use the review to sell your neighbor on a new service. They are still using my review years after having such a bad experience with them. Stay away!

We had a very disappointing experience with this company from start to finish. While the initial sales process felt overly pushy, we moved forward. Unfortunately, the installation work did not meet expectations. The window installation was sloppy, with messy grout, paint pulled off the walls from their tape, and a defective window was installed (manufacturer defect). Even after replacement, the new window now does not stay open. When we raised concerns, a supervisor came out but used the visit as an opportunity to upsell additional work (siding and a front door), which we regrettably agreed to. That turned out to be another mistake. During the siding installation, multiple holes were left in the interior walls of the house. We had to document the damage ourselves and follow up repeatedly. We were told a crew would not come and fix the work. Although we were eventually reimbursed for repairs, we had to arrange for a third party to come in and repair the damage they caused. The issues continued with the front door installation, where a promised keypad was not installed, requiring yet another visit. During that visit, a technician claimed to fix the window issue, but it still won’t stay open Communication has been extremely frustrating. Multiple attempts to reach a manager have gone unanswered despite promises of a callback. We were also told the earliest they could address the window issue is 5 months away - unacceptable given the circumstances - and that there is no one available to discuss an earlier date. We would not recommend this company. I’m forced to write a review because at this point we are stuck with a very expensive, non-functional window for the entirety of Spring and Summer. We’ve given a lot of business to this company and they have not stood by their product, quality of service, or customer care and follow-through. They boast a lifetime warranty but good luck getting someone to come back and fix any work. Would most certainly not recommend.

We recently had the front windows of our house and two back windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling, and the experience was great from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The new windows look amazing and really upgraded the appearance of our home. We can already notice a difference in comfort as well. A special thank you to the service manager and the entire team for making the process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling to others!
