PJ Fitzpatrick came and installed my new entryway front door and the guys did a beautiful job. They showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. I am very satisfied and would 100 percent recommend this company.

Fernando and his assistant showed up on time to do the work that took about day and half. They were courteous and professional. It was explained to me what their job involved and were willing to answer any questions. Fernando seemed knowledgeable and did a great job making sure that I was satisfied and at easy with the careful sealing of walls. The final product looks beautiful! They covered the floors and at the end cleaned up all the debris.

My original service with PJ Fitzpatrick was a BathBuddy install a few months ago. Seems recently that my water pressure has been liw so I figured I’d give PJ Fitz a call everything is covered that said well I called CS they transferred me to warranty and within a couple of days they sent My ke. What a wonderful surprise as usually when you call anywhere on a warranty item it takes months to get someone to come out to you. So Mike Pataki shows up nice and early as I had asked if they can come first thing because I had a Dr appt within the window they gave me and again surprised they came early Mike came in I took him upstairs explained the issue and he left with the shower head. About 4 minutes later he came back with the shower head put it back on and TaDa! Water pressure. I know what he did was not a huge deal but just the customer service from beginning to end was stellar and wanted to make them aware that it is greatly appreciated. Update 3 days later and the shower head stopped working as in no water coning out. Called PJ Fitz again yesterday morning and was told that someone would call me back then Verizon went down ( they did send someone but I wasn’t home because i didn’t know). I was able to communicate with them via live chat and was told someone would call me in the AM and they did. Eithin the hour Justin arrived and swapped out the entire shower head. All is good. Thanks again

Bernard and Robertao were excellent. They're very polite and they did such a wonderful job. I'd recommend them to anybody. My bathroom hasn't looked so good in 50 years. I am so happy we did this

People were very nice, polite. However, stronger, consistent communication needs work. Not at all happy with the faulty installation of the neo angle shower door enclosure. Upon first use we had a large puddle on floor, the shower was completely unusable. We were unable to use the 1 day shower replacement for over a month due to delays getting a whole new shower door enclosure from their distributor. We were nearing the end of our rope and contacted corporate upper management about the situation who responded back to us the same day. Within the following 2 days the shower enclosure arrived and correct installation was completed.
