We are extremely pleased with our new tub and the entire installation process or our tub and surround. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the job in just one day, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. They were professional, courteous, and paid attention to every detail. When they finished, they cleaned up everything, leaving our bathroom spotless. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and dependable service!

I have to break this review into 2 parts: the first being about communication and responsibility by the company, and the second part is about the workmanship of the crew that did the 2 projects that we contracted for with PJ Fitzpatrick. To start with was the communication in start dates and completion. The person in charge of setting up the dates and ensuring that the needed supplies for the project, Joe was on top of it 100%. He told us the time that the crew would be there and that the project would take 2 days with a possible need for a 3rd. On the first day, the crew was right on time and treated our home as if it was their own. Tarps were placed on the floor, and when they needed to shut the water, they gave us a heads up so we could fill a pot in case it was needed. However, when they ran into the location of the waterline, this was a problem that they could not handle, and they advised me that they could not complete the job until it was addressed. I was able to get a plumber to my home to relocate it the same day, but overall, it did not cause any delay in the project as they were able to start on the 2nd project, which also needed a waterpipe moved as well. The next day I waited for the crew arrival at the same time, but they did not show up & there was no phone call to advise of any problem. It wasn’t till 2 hours later when I heard from the field supervisor (Paul) who advise me that one of the men was ill and that there was no replacement available that day. I did tell Paul that I was upset at this lack of communication. He then asked what the cost for the plumber to come over and do the modification was. He then reduced the cost of my project by that amount that cost plus he lowered the total amount to round it off that came to a 3.5% reduction in the cost for both projects. To ensure that the project would be done by the next day he had 2 crews at my home working to ensure that they met the date of completion as stated on the contract. The next day, the 2 crews were here right at 8:00am in the morning. They worked non-stop without even a meal a break until after 6:00pm. When it came time to install the accessories (seats, shelves, curtain rods), they worked with us to decide where things should be hung. They ensure that all the debris was removed (swept and vacuumed) from the 2 bathrooms and took the time to show us what products we should use to keep the area clean. The first night using the 2 bathrooms we found that pressure of the hot water was better than before and having a seat in the shower stall made it much easier on my bad back to take a shower. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and the product lived up to what they said it would be. Except for the 2nd day lack of communication, I would give this a 5-star review, they only lose the 1 star as noted.

OMG. Just wow I can’t stop loving my shower upgrade. Such an amazing work done by Justin and Nasir both were truly professional and passionate about their projects. The best decision I made to get my shower upgrade from PJ Fitzpatrick and team. They go over and beyond to beat the market price and deliver exactly what they promised. Highly recommended to everyone.

What a great experience 😁they were here at 8am and finished at 3:55pm (on time and finished the time they said ) Vinny and the other 2 guys were awesome, professional, clean, and attentive to what needed to be covered! It was worth every moment and price. 😊TY and God Bless you all 🆗💯
