We are extremely pleased with our new tub and the entire installation process or our tub and surround. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the job in just one day, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. They were professional, courteous, and paid attention to every detail. When they finished, they cleaned up everything, leaving our bathroom spotless. Fernando and his assistant showed up on time to do the work that took about day and half. They were courteous and professional. It was explained to me what their job involved and were willing to answer any questions. Fernando seemed knowledgeable and did a great job making sure that I was satisfied and at easy with the careful sealing of walls. The final product looks beautiful! They covered the floors and at the end cleaned up all the debris.

The wind gusts are incredible in Rockaway and it knocked some vinyl shutters loose on my house. It was a very small job- hang 1 shutter and secure 3-4 others. I figured it was too small for a company the size of PJF but gave them a call anyway. They were extremely accommodating and professional. Their repair expert (Michael W.) was excellent. He showed up on time, was ready to work, and personable. He knew what he was doing and continued to work, uninterrupted, through the brief rain event that made its way through the area. He made sure I was throughly happy with the job before finishing up. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend and surely consider PJF again. They absolutely take customer satisfaction seriously and do excellent work.
