A wonderful experience having a walk in tub.. they had to widen the bathroom door, remove the old tub, Take out the commode and put back in place after tub was installed. Everything looks better than before. I was skeptical they could do it in 1 day but they did. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Didn’t get as many before and after pics as I wanted to, but everything from start to finish was amazing. The salesman done a great job and made picking out the windows and the styles a breeze, and even helped get down to our price range. The installers done an outstanding job, we had 11 windows and 2 doors installed and it was all completed in one day, and made a huge difference on our home.

Salesmen did not copy our hand written proposal exactly. Some things were not as expected due to this error. Then error on my part for not reading on his laptop more thoroughly because rep said this is what we discussed, sign here, here, here.... I trusted him and should not have. The installation crew (Juan, Alex and even Jeremy) did excellent work. They explained in detail the process, found problems on our end, and offered solutions, and fixed them. After installation Caleb Smith reached out to help correct salesmen error. I will say everyone was real nice. I would have given the highest rating but I have to account for salesmen error, even tho Caleb is addressing the biggest part of error. Thank you all for your kindness and effort. I do love my new walk in shower.

***Update 3.12.2025*** still no outreach from this company.... ***Update 3.21.2025***Still no outreach from this company...their response to my review is BS..they do not care!!! ***Update 4.16.2025***NEVER heard from anyone!!!! Unfortunately we bought the sales presentation. This company is about the sale and not about quality. We wanted to love the end results and overall experience. The "higher" price doesn't back up the quality they promise. 2 days after completion, a leak occurred. I understand things can happen, but as a customer, I shouldn't have to be the one to work so hard to get things resolved, including the window fixed that got broken during install. Besides the leak, as you can see in the pictures, the flooring doesn't even lign up to the shower base, and I dont even know what to say about the base board on the one-side. Installer said multiple times we would be contacted for a final walk through. It's been 2 weeks since the completion of the restoration and nothing but silence...Hey Statewide, your silence confirms you don't care!!!!

The sales person was neat, informative, non-pressure, and non-hurried. The re-do of our shower was ordered, and work started very soon. In two days the complete remake was done, and cleaned up PERFECTLY. Our new shower is clean, neat, works perfectly, and will increase value of our home. Everything done with quality materials and workmanship. Thanks! Great job!
