“I was surprised to see so many workpeople show up. They were organized! They seemed to have everything scheduled from when they started to work, to when they started and ended lunch, and to when the stopped. It reminded me of a well disciplined army. The were friendly but professional. They came back when they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Watching them was amazing.”

“Every Job should be treated as a new Job or a new build, just because house is pre existing does not mean that the standards can not be the same as a new build. Contractor comments was this is not a new build and that i was being picky. I feel that if i am spending my hard earn money i should get 100% satisfaction. Some of Allied's customers may not be familiar with construction but some are. Most subject that i am disappointed in is that contract details of what allied was to do during installation of siding was not followed or not read, many times i had to remind crew to install insulation where needed and door and window tape. In addition i had to pay out of my pocket a other contractor to repair brick that was nocked totally out or brick that was lose during window installation. i also discovered one window frame that is cracked.”

“The reason why I gave a "3" rating is because I'm still missing a screen for one of the windows, and it's been missing now for three weeks. They kept saying they would bring it when they come in, but no one has contacted me. I keep reaching out to Allied Siding & Windows, and they've yet to resolve it.”

“We were very happy with the installation and the crew. We were very disappointed with the communication with the central office. We had one window when they installed that was crack. The frame to one was damaged as well. Once these were reordered and it took months to get the installed. There was no communication on how long this would take. My wife called multiple times a day trying to reach someone in the office and no one would answer the phone.”

“This company is a scam artist. They are high priced, do not follow through, and one of the worst companies I have ever had to work with. Mainly because of John G Culver, the Allied Director of Sales. I hope he does not work there anymore, but if he does, this is where most of this problem is stemming from. You guys had a friendly person come out to give me a bid and I accepted the bid and then he called me back and said they could not do work for me. I got the new windows put in, and they look great from another company.”

“It was perfect, but the clean up was a big problem and there was paint all over. They didn't prepare when they put kiln on. They sprayed kiln all over the windows where the siding was. Other than that okay. They didn't cover all of the window and if the wind blows, it would get all over the windows.”

“While the estimate for my project wasn't the lowest, it was the Allied lifetime warranty and the James Hardie warranty that swayed my decision. Jay Weda did a great job answering questions and understanding what I was wanting to do.”
