Recently, I had to replace a panel of glass in my front window due to an unfortunate incident. Even though the window was out of warranty, Brennan worked diligently to get a satisfactory replacement. Their customer satisfaction service is #1. I’ve purchased windows and doors from them and highly recommend their products.

I rarely write reviews, but the team at Brennan Windows and Doors deserves a huge thank you for an incredible job! From the initial estimate to the final installation, this was easily one of the best home service experiences I’ve ever had. The process started with a kind, professional team that scheduled my estimate quickly. The consultant arrived exactly on time, called ahead, and truly listened to my needs. Once the project began, the measurement team was just as impressive—they answered every question and made me feel completely confident in the plan. Communication was excellent throughout the order process. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly. The craftsmanship is flawless; the new frames look like they’ve always been part of the house. They were also incredibly respectful of my home, cleaning up everything before they left. I am beyond happy with the results. To the leadership at Brennan: you have an outstanding team representing your company!

I had a specialty window replacement that several places wouldn't even talk to me about it. Brennan came out and assessed and measured the opening. They did everything they said they would do. Sean made some suggestions to make it look better with a smaller specialty frame. The window turned out better than I could have imagined.

When I initially called, they scheduled an appointment and had someone come over. It was pleasantly relaxed, providing me the details on the windows and the price without any runaround or exhaustive sales tactics. I was also happy to know they would be sending over someone who had a lot of experience in installing windows. Went ahead with Brennan, was updated throughout the process of getting the windows and scheduled an appointment for installation. I had 3 windows done for a bedroom that really needed the upgrade beyond single pane glass windows. The installers arrived on time, were cordial and professional, and left after installing all 3 windows all within an hour. I'll be reaching out to them again in the future when I am ready to get my other windows updated.
