Dylan, Bryan, Will and Nathan absolutely crushed it with our structural repairs and encapsulation. Out of all the quotes we got, theirs was the most comprehensive repair plan AND it was a great price. Great communication, easy to work with, and completed timely. Best of all, our crawlspace is clean and dry and our house is safe. Thanks, USS!

My experience with USS has been A+ from my initial consultation with Dylan through Bryan and the rest of the crew tackling 3 major aspects of my repairs this week. Communication is a priority for them, and they show up on time and work hard. They even graciously dealt with our outside hound who loves attention and lending a helping paw. Trustworthy and skilled can’t be beat.

We’re pleased with all of the work preformed on our foundation. The guys were professional, kind & knowledgeable about the scope of work that our foundation needed. We highly recommend United Structural Systems.

United Structural Systems is the only company I would consider for any future structural issues. This company operates with integrity and fairness , putting the customer first. In preparation for this work, over the course of more than a year I interviewed 9 local companies who do this type of work. The first 6 were approached last year and no two of them could agree on what work I needed to have done. Of the last three, USS gave me a proposal for only the work I needed, not trying to take advantage of me by trying to add things on that were unnecessary. During the course of the job, another hidden issue emerged, and here again, USS treated me fairly with consideration for keeping the cost as low as possible and still doing a first class job. Two crews, Bryan and his crew and Kahlil and his crew worked on this project. Both crews were prompt, professional, polite and had an eye for detail. This company performs the ways businesses did forty years ago. Kudos!!!

I’m not sure 5 stars is enough! We got multiple quotes and from the very beginning we had a great feeling about USS. Dylan easily gave us the most comprehensive and thorough inspection. He took so much time explaining everything and making sure we felt informed before he left our consultation. It also made us feel comfortable knowing that he has an engineering degree and wasn’t just some sales guy. Then, Brian, Will, and Nathan absolutely knocked it out of the park doing the work. Our crawlspace is pretty tight and it was impressive with how fast and hard they worked to quickly finish our project. If those three show up just know you are getting the very best. If you don’t consider USS you’re making a huge mistake.
