Dylan, Bryan, Will and Nathan absolutely crushed it with our structural repairs and encapsulation. Out of all the quotes we got, theirs was the most comprehensive repair plan AND it was a great price. Great communication, easy to work with, and completed timely. Best of all, our crawlspace is clean and dry and our house is safe. Thanks, USS!

United Structural Systems is the only company I would consider for any future structural issues. This company operates with integrity and fairness , putting the customer first. In preparation for this work, over the course of more than a year I interviewed 9 local companies who do this type of work. The first 6 were approached last year and no two of them could agree on what work I needed to have done. Of the last three, USS gave me a proposal for only the work I needed, not trying to take advantage of me by trying to add things on that were unnecessary. During the course of the job, another hidden issue emerged, and here again, USS treated me fairly with consideration for keeping the cost as low as possible and still doing a first class job. Two crews, Bryan and his crew and Kahlil and his crew worked on this project. Both crews were prompt, professional, polite and had an eye for detail. This company performs the ways businesses did forty years ago. Kudos!!!

Great experience start to finish. Very professional. Everything was explained clearly and pictures were shown. All of the young men who came to work on my house were polite,informative and professional. The job was done timely and they were very neat. The cost was affordable. Can't say enough about them. The USS team did a wonderful job on my basement/crawlspace. From obtaining a very reasonably priced quote from Dylan, prompt scheduling from Matthew, to getting the work completed by Jesse, Khalil, and Nathan. I had jack systems, I-Beam supports, joist hangers, and a dehumidifier installed and feel more confident about the stability of my home. All of the men were very nice and professional from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough!

We noticed a few concerning cracks in our foundation and scheduled an inspection. Dylan was our inspector and was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues and necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone.
