Dylan, Bryan, Will and Nathan absolutely crushed it with our structural repairs and encapsulation. Out of all the quotes we got, theirs was the most comprehensive repair plan AND it was a great price. Great communication, easy to work with, and completed timely. Best of all, our crawlspace is clean and dry and our house is safe. Thanks, USS!

Great experience start to finish. Very professional. Everything was explained clearly and pictures were shown. All of the young men who came to work on my house were polite,informative and professional. The job was done timely and they were very neat. The cost was affordable. Can't say enough about them. I’m not sure 5 stars is enough! We got multiple quotes and from the very beginning we had a great feeling about USS. Dylan easily gave us the most comprehensive and thorough inspection. He took so much time explaining everything and making sure we felt informed before he left our consultation. It also made us feel comfortable knowing that he has an engineering degree and wasn’t just some sales guy. Then, Brian, Will, and Nathan absolutely knocked it out of the park doing the work. Our crawlspace is pretty tight and it was impressive with how fast and hard they worked to quickly finish our project. If those three show up just know you are getting the very best. If you don’t consider USS you’re making a huge mistake.

Dylan from USSTN came out and provided an analysis on crawlspace and settlement concerns. His analysis collaborated what I had been receiving from other companies as well as a paid architecture engineer's opinions. Their pricing was competitive with the market. The foreman (Khalil) and the installation team were very knowledgeable and efficient. They respected my preferences on the install and worked hard in cold climate conditions. I am very happy with the service I have received from USSTN.
