While there were a few minor ups and downs at the start of the process with the sales team, the exceptional team members I worked with truly turned the experience around. Adam was instrumental in resolving an issue that was overlooked during the initial foundation inspection. He went above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard and well taken care of as a customer. When it came time for the encapsulation, Fernando, Alex, and Alejandro were nothing short of amazing. The team was efficient, highly knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. They kept me informed every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. Encapsulation of any crawlspace is a must for any home. Best done as soon as possible after being built. Long term protection of your investment and allows for some storage. We purchased our new home (new build 1455 sq ft) and immediately scheduled Frontier for an estimate and scheduling of the work. Chris H arrived for the consultation and provided us with a comprehensive estimate of the work to be done. Scheduled a date and moved forward. I recommend, if possible, to remain flexible on installation because if a time slot opens up in Frontier's schedule you may get a call for an earlier install. That happened with us twice. We weren't able to accept the first offer but was able to take advantage of the second date. The installation team was in contact with us to verify times and kept us informed throughout the 2 day process. Zach J (Team Lead), Brandon R and Jordan M worked efficiently and effectively to install our encapsulation. I am very pleased with their work and recommend Frontier for any of your basement/crawlspace needs. Here are some photos of the finished product and I have already used the space for some storage. Thanks Frontier for friendly, efficient and accurate work. All work was as advertised, within estimate and on time.

We thought we had an issue with our 2 year old crawl space humidifier, which was installed when Frontier did our crawl space. (Beautiful work) We called and they were here ASAP!! Zachary inspected everything and tested everything thoroughly!! He was perfect!!! The issue began after our power was restored after that ice storm. Everything done and installed by Frontier was perfect. Zachary was patient, professional and thorough!! What a relief!!

Excellent job!! Very pleased with the process from beginning with Zach and completing the job with Josh. Lance and Hector. Explanation provided at the start of the job, updates throughout the job and took the time to get on the crawl space to explain what had been done. Took the extra step to explain, what’s was next and future maintenance to protect my investment.
