I recently had my crawlspace encapsulated by Atlanta Basement Systems, and the install crew — Leo, Diego, Jayden, and Daron — did a wonderful job. Eddie worked with me upfront to scope the project to fit my needs and budget, and the crew delivered exactly that: a full perimeter drainage system, complete encapsulation, and a high-capacity dehumidifier with a battery-backed sump pump. The crawlspace is completely transformed. What stood out most was how much care they took with my home throughout the two-day install. They arrived early both days, covered all my belongings in the garage (the entry point to the crawlspace), and made sure everything was put back exactly how they found it. Leo kept me updated every step of the way, and the whole crew was patient and polite, answering every question I had. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly — no dirt or debris left in the garage or driveway. After the work was done, Leo gave me a full tour of the crawlspace (yes, I went in myself!) and showed me the dehumidifier, sump pump, and backup battery. He also gave me before-and-after photos, and Diego even recorded a video of the finished crawlspace for me. That level of transparency and follow-through made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this team if you're considering encapsulation — professional, thorough, and genuinely took care of my home like it was their own.

He did a full analysis of our basement/crawlspace and even gifted us a complete guide on how to properly maintain it to avoid future issues. Homeownership has its challenges but with technicians like John maintenance is smooth, hassle-free and affordable!!

I had an unbelievably great experience with Zeke and Coley from Atlanta Basement Systems. We had a sinking concrete pool deck, which was causing a safety hazard and an eye sore. They were honest about the issue and the best method to repair it. We were considering several companies, but felt the most comfortable with them. The repair was perfect. I hired Atlanta Basement Systems to install a helical pier for a footer that needed additional support, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From my first interaction with Scott Trowbridge through installation and follow-up, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were able to work within a tight timeline, which was critical for my project, and delivered exactly as promised. The installation crew was excellent—organized, respectful, and clearly experienced. What really stood out was how clean the job site was when they finished. Their equipment didn’t leave a trace behind, which is rare for this type of work. After the install, the city inspector requested additional documentation, and Scott turned it around the same day without hesitation. Great communication, strong execution, and a team that does what they say they’re going to do. Highly recommend ABS.
