I had an unbelievably great experience with Zeke and Coley from Atlanta Basement Systems. We had a sinking concrete pool deck, which was causing a safety hazard and an eye sore. They were honest about the issue and the best method to repair it. We were considering several companies, but felt the most comfortable with them. The repair was perfect. Ken, Luis and Herdy did a fantastic job on our waterproofing install. They communicated very well with arrival time and length of the job. They were very professional and friendly. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend Atlanta Basement!

I hired Atlanta Basement Systems to install a helical pier for a footer that needed additional support, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From my first interaction with Scott Trowbridge through installation and follow-up, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were able to work within a tight timeline, which was critical for my project, and delivered exactly as promised. The installation crew was excellent—organized, respectful, and clearly experienced. What really stood out was how clean the job site was when they finished. Their equipment didn’t leave a trace behind, which is rare for this type of work. After the install, the city inspector requested additional documentation, and Scott turned it around the same day without hesitation. Great communication, strong execution, and a team that does what they say they’re going to do. Highly recommend ABS.

Ken was absolutely incredible. He was our foreman (and chief worker) who explained everything clearly and worked diligently all day to get the job (a large basement trough and pump system) done in one day. Herty was his faithful helper, and Jesse and Zach pitched in to learn the ropes. We are grateful for a no pressure sales job by Austin, and again, the professionalism and hard work by Ken. We will definitely recommend and utilize ABS again and can only hope we get such a wonderful foreman in the future.
