OK, I have no clue what Google did because I posted this review under ATLANTA CONCRETE SOLUTIONS!! So unless you're looking for concrete work, please disregard this review. Ruben & company did a stellar job and their pricing was just right for me and my neighbor with whom I share the driveway. Ruben suggested that I have a good scheme in mind for all concrete projects to be done at the same time so I save money. So glad I took that advice! I gave 4 stars only because I had to pick up the concrete rocks & nails left behind after they did their clean up. Ruben was great to work with and very patient. This past summer (2025) was the wettest on record! There literally were not four consecutive, dry, work days so all of his projects were delayed, and getting permits delayed the job by one month. When they finally got to me in October, I was amazed at the outcome. From front to back, they used 3800 sq ft of concrete just for the driveway! I hope you can follow the before and after pics! The last one is the backyard before the demolition. I took before shots in the suummer and after shots this fall. FRONT YARD: They replaced the steps and walkway, the curb that separated my grass from the flowerbed, the driveway (and widened it), the driveway apron and the sidewalk. BACKYARD: they replaced the retainer wall, added a walkway alongside the garage, and removed old concrete & shrubs (from previous owners) so the landscapers could plant the new grass. I get so many great compliments from friends and neighbors. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great team take care of my crawlspace. It started off with the team that took care of the mold remediation. Hunter led that team. They took care to take note of and fill in large gaps underneath the floor boards. They were very friendly and encouraged my involvement, and asked if I had any questions. This was also the case with the team that encapsulated the crawlspace and added floor supports. Jaime, Diego, Michael, and Dakota were very professional and friendly, and made sure to explain everything they were doing. It rained heavily during the week and it revealed a need to adjust their work to make sure water was draining optimally. I was very pleased that they took the extra steps to make things even better, even though I might not have known about it. Thank you, guys!

As a real estate broker, I run into a LOT of foundation and water intrusion issues in the inspection portion of the transaction. When we need to explore causation and repair issues, I am fully confident in the expertise of Atlanta Basement Systems technicians because I know they are well trained by the best. Today, we had a complicated mish mash with a 50 year old house on a crawl with a lot of later add ons and NOTHING had been maintained in a very long time. That owner had been living above a mold factory, breathing it in day and night, . John Bradley spent a lot of time with me, educating me, explaining where the source of intrusions were as well as possible future structural failures due to erosion under the crawl next to the supports. When I left, I felt confident that I could explain both to the listing agent and my buyer client what the issues are and what needed to be done to correct it. And I followed that up with an easy to follow diagram that John sent, explaining the repair work Most people don't know what is going on in their crawl spaces. There was NOTHING on the seller disclosures indicating any issues, not because they are trying to hide anything, they just don't know. As evidenced today, the LONGER you ignore a problem the worse and more expensive it gets. If you want to invest in your home. Make it a healthy house FIRST! . CHECK YOUR FOUNDATIONS, PEOPLE!

Used Atlanta Basement systems for foundation 12 pier stabilization. Lavill Simpson, Oscar & Nazer did a great job , professional and showed and explained entire process. I decided to proceed based on Lavill’’s experience and price to use them for 6 helical footings needed for 2 tiered roofed deck. Would recommend !

Austin Smith and Brady Girard represented their company very well! The crew of 4 worked hard and did a most professional job of replacing wood and creating a cement block wall to alleviate water from coming into the garage! Thanks to all of you!
