I looked at several different companies reviews when I came across ACS. One review stuck out to me so I called them. It was a review that said “LGBTQ+ friendly”. Does that matter to me, yea, kinda, but what matters most to me is they don’t judge others before they know them. You see, being a lesbian is not a big deal. What matters these days is ….my name is Karen. Now, before you go judging, I’m a nice Karen. I’m not a Karen from the internet. And when they answered the phone that was the first thing I let them know. The lady laughed. I was so relieved. She transferred me over to Josh- which I again explained my name. He too laughed. We scheduled an apt for Josh to come give me a quote. It was much quicker than I thought it would be and he was on time and very pleasant. He didn’t even flinch when I went to shake his hand. Once he realized I was a NICE Karen, who wasn’t recording his every move and threatening to call his manager, he totally relaxed. He got in- gave me a quote and I accepted it that day. A week later three other guys came out and encapsulated the space. And those three guys were soooo nice. At first, I thought they’d be scared of “Karen” but when I showed them my Nice Karen side, we chatted and laughed and had a grand ole time. They were such nice young men. Very respectful , very personable, smiled, were polite. The whole interaction from start to finish was more than I could ask for. I was so scared to call anyone, I knew the crawlspace was a problem but to have to go through the judgements and the cost and the extra money people tack on because they are dealing with a “A Karen” - I just didn’t wanna deal with it. But Josh and his team were amazing. They didn’t treat me like a Karen. They were kind, and funny, honest, hardworking. They didn’t make me feel badly for who I am. So. Thank you!!!! I would totally recommend ACS to anyone who wants a considering using them. If I could give them more stats I would. Thank you so much! I show pics of the before and after to everyone because it’s so cool how clean and neat it is now. Thank you for everything, especially not being afraid of me. Always, Nice Karen

I first used them July 2016 and had some water damage in my crawl space and needed to also get them back out . I couldn’t remember when and who did my crawl space. The movers had to pack up my house and the invoice from American crawl space solutions was left behind and when I picked it up I was so happy it was the invoice. I immediately called the company and scheduled a date for them to come out. Josh came out and I was satisfied with the date to start the job. When the techs showed up ( Israel and Dallas) did a wonderful job! Below are before and after.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Joel, and I can confidently say his dedication and professionalism are truly outstanding. He made sure that neither he nor his team left my residence until I was completely satisfied with the results. My crawlspace was encapsulated by American Crawl Space. Initially, Joel did a thorough exam of the area and took all needed pictures. He explained the pictures and spoke to me about all possible scenarios. No fluff additions were made to the estimate at time of service. The crew was timely every day and communicated the process to me very well. They left the area cleaned daily. The project was completed in a timely manner. I recommend their business.

American Crawlspace Solutions completed work to correct a water issue discovered in my house crawlspace area. The company immediately responded to my request for an estimate and the work was scheduled and accomplished in timely manner and within cost. The workers were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They resolved my water issue, installed the encapsulation material, added the drain and sump pump, dehumidifier and a ventilation pump. I was totally pleased and satisfied with all the work performed, and I highly recommend this company if you have any issue with water in your home crawlspace area.
