Israel and his team took great care of our crawl space! We had an issue with humidity and growth. I called three different companies. Michael came out and did a deep analysis of our issues. He educated me and offered multiple solutions. What I liked the most was that he didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. We ended up going with their best package and we have no regrets. I’m laying down in our crawl space as I type this review. Everything looks amazing and clean. Very professional and knowledgeable!

After severe damage to our driveway, Coley came out promptly to evaluate the issues and give complete information about the process. He endured many questions and gave three different quotes to consider the scope of work we wished to pursue. Once we accepted the quote we chose, scheduling was arranged to meet our urgent needs. Caleb and Casey gave complete explanations of the process they were going to do. In a very quick time, the major issues had already been repaired and fixed. Continuing to complete all the job but also including some areas that we had missed, making it a very thorough job. Done neatly and taking the time after to walk me through to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Thanks to a great deal - sales and techs.

Our experience with American Crawlspace was extremely disappointing. They were the first company to work on our floors, but instead of improving over time, the condition of our home has steadily declined. I was also very vulnerable at the time, as we were about to give birth to our second child and would do anything to make our home "more safe." In the duration of our time with them, both people who we grew fond of, were no longer with the company by the time the work was completed. When I complained, the "new" owner came over and pretty much said, they did would they could do. Even though my point was, if they couldn't do what I initially asked, we wouldn't have gotten the service at all. Today, our floors are soft, uneven, and have become a safety concern. We have since hired another company, whose inspection revealed extensive damage requiring replacement of the subfloor, crawlspace remediation, mold treatment, and additional structural work. If we had known we would end up needing this level of reconstruction, we would have chosen a different contractor from the beginning which is something I shared over and over, but was constantly told, "it would need time to harden or it would need time to see results". We have spent considerable time, money, and stress dealing with problems that continue to worsen. I hope our experience encourages others to ask detailed questions, request documentation, and seek independent inspections before and after major crawlspace work.

My husband and I just had our crawlspace encapsulated and a sump and dehumidifier installed and we couldn't be happier with the results!! From our first meeting with Michael and Zack to the installation done by Israel, Luis and Robert, we could tell that American Crawlspace Solutions was a top notch, professional organization! Israel, Luis and Robert did an incredible job! Everything was neat and meticulously done! Micheal gave us several options for pricing and scope of work. There was no pressure or attempt at up-selling, just honesty. Their pricing was very fair for the quality and amount of work done. We would not hesitate to recommend American Crawlspace Solutions ! I have already noticed that the musty smell in my bathroom has disappeared! Money well spent to protect our home and improve our air quality. Hire these guys! You will not be disappointed!

I want to highly recommend this company for cracked concrete repair. I had a large concrete retaining wall that developed a major crack from top to bottom. Michael came out to evaluate and give an estimate. After accepting, Winston and his crew came to repair and stabilize the wall. Everyone I spoke to was kind, responsive and professional! The crew were on time and worked hard! I am one highly satisfied customer- thank you!
