DFW Improved recently finished a complete ADA renovation on the primary bathroom in our home. Zander, our project manager, was responsive and attentive, addressing every issue that arose. He remained professional the entire time while still being friendly and fun. Everyone at DFW Improved, from design to construction, understood how important this renovation was to us. They all worked very hard to produce not only a beautiful, but functional bathroom that works for us now and the future. I highly recommend DFW Improved for your next renovation.

DFW remodeled our kitchen several years ago and when we were ready for a master bath and closet remodel, we called Gabby. Initially we thought their quote was too high, so we went with another contractor. Big mistake! After 6 months, we were no closer to a new bath or closet than we were from day one. We fired them, called Gabby again and we are happy to report we have a beautiful new bath! We have no regrets! It was finished before schedule with no issues. They corrected the work done incorrectly by the first contractor. Todd did a great job keeping us informed as to what would be happening at our home on a daily/weekly basis. Gabby is a real pro and I relied heavily on her design input. Cheaper cost youmore in the end if you pick the wrong contractor.

DFW Improved just completed a major renovation of my 19 year old kitchen. Shane was the Project Manager for this job. Honestly, I have to say it was a very good experience from the sale to the design to the implementation and the completion. I was always able to contact Shane by text if needed, and I did text him many times with questions! The team of workers on the job were courteous and professional and cleaned up when their part of the work was done! Shane was very involved and stopped by often to check on progress. I could NOT be more pleased and excited about the new kitchen. I should also say that DFW Improved has a very fair pricing structure, and they certainly went the extra mile for me from start to finish.

DFW Improved did a fantastic job remodeling our shower. The project involved first designing the space and selecting fixtures which Lydia did a fantastic job with. Then Todd handled managing the execution of the design and provided excellent support throughout. The project required new tile work, plumbing, floor tile, and a glass door, and every part of the process was handled professionally and executed exactly as planned. Our project manager communicated with us daily, was regularly on-site, and did an excellent job coordinating the different teams involved throughout the remodel. The project stayed on schedule, we always knew what to expect, and any small issues that came up were addressed quickly and professionally. We’re extremely happy with the finished result and would absolutely recommend DFW Improved. We would gladly use them again for future projects.

Shane did an incredible job managing more than 10 teams in parallel during the project and accelerating execution to end it in 6 weeks instead of the initial 8 weeks scheduled. We needed of that faster pace on delivery due to some time restrictions we had, so Shane’s role on making that happened was key. Also, I’d like to highlight Jaime’s work during all the sales process and the iterations with our insurance company. His professionalism facing that process helped us to reach a fast agreement and start the project in 2 weeks after receiving the first insurance proposal. Highly recommend DFW Improved for a good price/quality ratio.
