★☆☆☆☆ — Absolutely Unacceptable Workmanship and Customer Experience I cannot express enough how disappointing and unacceptable my family’s experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been. For a company that markets itself as an expert in exterior home improvements, the quality of workmanship, project management, and attention to detail on this project has been appalling. What should have been a straightforward home improvement project turned into an unnecessarily prolonged, frustrating experience. The siding installation was extremely disappointing. Rather than the clean, professional appearance we expected, sections of the siding appear pieced together, leaving a finished product that raises serious questions about the quality of the installation. This is not the level of craftsmanship anyone should expect when investing significant money into their home. The gutter installation has been equally concerning. The gutters are already showing noticeable tiger striping, and there are issues involving an adjacent roof that was not experiencing problems before this work was performed. The timing and condition of that roof raise serious concerns that deserve a thorough investigation. As if the workmanship wasn’t disappointing enough, a dumpster filled with construction debris was left sitting in the driveway for approximately a week and a half. Leaving a customer’s property in that condition for that long demonstrates an unacceptable lack of consideration and basic project coordination. The overall project took approximately two months, with poor communication and repeated frustrations throughout the process. What makes this experience especially disappointing is the gap between the company’s marketing and the actual finished product. Homeowners are sold on professionalism, expertise, and quality installation. Based on what we experienced, those promises did not translate into the work performed. A homeowner should not have to chase down communication, question the quality of newly installed materials, deal with lingering construction debris, or worry about new problems involving areas of the home that were previously functioning properly. This was not a minor inconvenience or a simple cosmetic complaint. These are substantial concerns involving workmanship, project management, and the condition of the property following installation. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Home Genius Exteriors to carefully inspect completed projects, document every aspect of the installation, and obtain independent evaluations of the workmanship before accepting the finished product. Extremely disappointing. The finished work and overall experience fell far below reasonable expectations for a professional exterior remodeling company.

Manny and his crew framed and installed a roof to my new deck. Having just moved, I was anxious to use my new deck but too much sun was an issue which is no longer the case! From beginning to end, this was such a pleasant experience and the customer support was better than any company I have used. Communication was timely and courteous. Materials are too notched and workmanship is admirable. In today’s work, it is encouraging to see a company who take pride in their work. Thank you for a wonderful job!

Amazing job literally took about 6 hours with 5 guys i believe. Clean organized and quick. Materials and dumpster were delivered and removed timely and cleanly. They were nice to move my pathway lights out of the way and protected them. Overall would definitely recommend! Plus my roof was this ugly red and now its beautiful onyx black I love it!

Home Genius Exteriors did a fantastic job. The roof was done in one day and the cleanup was fantastic. The workers were professional and courteous. Would use the company again for siding.

We have been looking to get our gutters done for quite some time and Josh came to talk to us one day and set up appt for that week. Stone walked us through the whole process and showed us exactly what was being installed and the quality of the product. Within a week we were scheduled and Sonny and team came out and installed the gutters. They make the house look so much better. Thank you to Kevin the PM for updating us and check in after the install was complete. It was a smooth transition to each step. Thank you Home Genius Crew!
