We were very pleased with the work done by Central Exteriors. The crew showed up (and finished!) on time, did a beautiful job installing the Hardie siding, and cleaned up once the job was done. And the price was competitive with the other estimates we received.

I had my roof replaced by Central a few months ago and I had a great experience. My roof project was "complicated" in that there wasn't anything wrong with my roof. I just wanted it replaced because it was old as a preventative measure. A lot of roofing companies were trying to tell me either because nothing was wrong with my roof, I should leave it or they were trying to take something that wasn't an issue and blow it up and they were being predatory. I worked with Artem during this process and he was incredibly thoughtful, informative, and patient with me. Due to some changes in my job, I had to travel more than usual and I wasn't able to make a decision on my roof as quickly as I would have hoped. Artem walked me through different options and looked across quotes I had gotten to help me arrive at the right option for my home. He was really honest and didn't try to upsell me anything, which was a huge relief. When it came time for roof day, Artem stopped by a few times to make sure everything was going ok. The team showed up when they were suppose to. they did the final check like they said and sent me pictures. I was a little worried after the roof was replaced that I would get random leaks but honestly it's been a few months and everything is A-ok. One of the most difficult lift home projects for myself has not been taken care of and it was an incredible and easy experience. I have already recommended Central to a few people in my neighborhood. And as a few others have said in their reviews, thank you to Artem!

"We used Central Roofing about 15 years ago to replace a roof. We got several estimates and only Central took the time to explain the estimate and all the options. They stuck to their schedule and did a fabulous job. Recently, we noticed some moisture in our bedroom walls after opening the drywall to run some ethernet cable. We called Central again. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, and gave us a report with before and after photos for our records."

"The siding installation craftsmanship left areas to be desired. Pieces with cosmetic damage were used despite some overage after the project was finished. The nail patching was not done with finesse. The color patch was large and splotchy and did not completely match the product's color. They attempted to charge me for extra labor that was actually in the proposal. I like the end product because I like the material itself, I think a different installer might have had a more professional clean look."

"Ultimately, Terry Greenberg did his level best to make sure we were satisfied. but the job was not done at a level we would’ve expected. The windows were installed, but the work site (our home) was left with broken glass and razor blades left in the yard. There was also damage to interior walls where some windows were installed. Getting workers to come back to clean and repair proved challenging. We also had a garage door installed. Initially the garage door people arrived without scheduling with us so that day was a bust. Then they came back only to find they had incorrectly measured, so we had to wait even longer for a new panel. I suppose no home contracting jobs go perfectly smoothly, but I had hopes that our job would’ve gone a little better than this. We are happy with the windows and the garage door. We just weren’t 100% satisfied with what it took to get them installed and cleaned up."
