They were professional and quick. I got new shingles and gutters. Everything looks good. The sales team was fantastic to deal with. They were responsive to all my questions throughout the project. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Thrilled with the job performed by Central Exteriors. We live in Gaithersburg MD and had all our windows replaced and all the wood trim capped with aluminum. From initial estimate to final cleanup, everyone was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales pitch, just a fair price for outstanding work. I would, and have, highly recommend Terry and his team.

Really fast roof replacement. Very thorough even the cleanup afterwards. The gutters were also replaced ,it all looks so good. Thank you for making my house safe from whatever storms come by, even the winter ones. I hope Habitat for Humanity continues choosing you for their roof work.

Central Exteriors did a great job on our new roof and gutters. I worked with Artem Chanturiya as our project manager. Arterm quickly provided an estimate and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy and patiently answered several rounds of questions I had about the different roofing options. I felt like I got very informed, practical advice that helped me make the right choices for our house. Artem kept me updated on the work and what to expect throughout the process. The roofing crew did a great job and completed our new roof in just two days. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend considering Central Exteriors for your roofing or gutter needs.

"We used Central Roofing about 15 years ago to replace a roof. We got several estimates and only Central took the time to explain the estimate and all the options. They stuck to their schedule and did a fabulous job. Recently, we noticed some moisture in our bedroom walls after opening the drywall to run some ethernet cable. We called Central again. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, and gave us a report with before and after photos for our records."

"The siding installation craftsmanship left areas to be desired. Pieces with cosmetic damage were used despite some overage after the project was finished. The nail patching was not done with finesse. The color patch was large and splotchy and did not completely match the product's color. They attempted to charge me for extra labor that was actually in the proposal. I like the end product because I like the material itself, I think a different installer might have had a more professional clean look."

"Central was excellent to work with for several home improvement projects. My neighbor recommended them to me when I needed a new roof and they were the only company I looked into for new siding and gutters. I later recommended them to another neighbor. I will use them again for any future needs."

"The only issue I have with Central is the lengthy lead times it takes to get things , which is due in large part to the manufacture time frames for which Central has no control. Once the materials come in Central Installation crews Do a phenomenal outstanding job in pretty much no time. If you can wait Central Roofing all day long."

"Ultimately, Terry Greenberg did his level best to make sure we were satisfied. but the job was not done at a level we would’ve expected. The windows were installed, but the work site (our home) was left with broken glass and razor blades left in the yard. There was also damage to interior walls where some windows were installed. Getting workers to come back to clean and repair proved challenging. We also had a garage door installed. Initially the garage door people arrived without scheduling with us so that day was a bust. Then they came back only to find they had incorrectly measured, so we had to wait even longer for a new panel. I suppose no home contracting jobs go perfectly smoothly, but I had hopes that our job would’ve gone a little better than this. We are happy with the windows and the garage door. We just weren’t 100% satisfied with what it took to get them installed and cleaned up."

"They appeared to properly replace a very complicated roof design and the proposal was reasonably priced, but there were also little details (like color of caulk used to seal the flashing, bird spikes needing to be replaced and not reused, not following through the replacing rotted boards) that countered this to some extent."
