“They appeared to properly replace a very complicated roof design and the proposal was reasonably priced, but there were also little details (like color of caulk used to seal the flashing, bird spikes needing to be replaced and not reused, not following through the replacing rotted boards) that countered this to some extent.”

“The work appears to be professionally done. We did have some damage/loss to property that was never addressed. Communications about when the work would be done and what work was to be done was lacking. Dryer vent was not properly connected so I had to redo it.”
