“The work appears to be professionally done. We did have some damage/loss to property that was never addressed. Communications about when the work would be done and what work was to be done was lacking. Dryer vent was not properly connected so I had to redo it.”

“Price was competitive. Sales rep never came over to meet us. I asked them to check/repair soffits and they never did. Roofing material options were never presented to us. Skylight was installed without an extension jamb. They showed up unannounced to start work and 2 hours later sales rep texts me to say work was starting today. Very unorganized, unprofessional, not consumer friendly.”
