Thrilled with the job performed by Central Exteriors. We live in Gaithersburg MD and had all our windows replaced and all the wood trim capped with aluminum. From initial estimate to final cleanup, everyone was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales pitch, just a fair price for outstanding work. I would, and have, highly recommend Terry and his team.

I had bought a townhome in 2012 and have pictures of the attic and see the exhaust pipes venting out of the roof. No notes in the inspection report that says the exhaust pipes are left venting into the attic. In April 2020, Central exteriors replaced the entire roof and on the day of replacement called me to say all the plywood need changing as well and I agreed. I didn't know enough about roofing to inspect the attic or make sure everything was done right. There were leaks from the roof three times and central exteriors came back out and fixed those. Recently, when we found the bathrooms were not venting out of the roof, I called Central Exteriors and left multiple messages for the last few weeks. I was told Chris will call me back but I haven't heard back at all after 5 calls for the last 4 weeks.

"We used Central Roofing about 15 years ago to replace a roof. We got several estimates and only Central took the time to explain the estimate and all the options. They stuck to their schedule and did a fabulous job. Recently, we noticed some moisture in our bedroom walls after opening the drywall to run some ethernet cable. We called Central again. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, and gave us a report with before and after photos for our records."

"The siding installation craftsmanship left areas to be desired. Pieces with cosmetic damage were used despite some overage after the project was finished. The nail patching was not done with finesse. The color patch was large and splotchy and did not completely match the product's color. They attempted to charge me for extra labor that was actually in the proposal. I like the end product because I like the material itself, I think a different installer might have had a more professional clean look."

"Ultimately, Terry Greenberg did his level best to make sure we were satisfied. but the job was not done at a level we would’ve expected. The windows were installed, but the work site (our home) was left with broken glass and razor blades left in the yard. There was also damage to interior walls where some windows were installed. Getting workers to come back to clean and repair proved challenging. We also had a garage door installed. Initially the garage door people arrived without scheduling with us so that day was a bust. Then they came back only to find they had incorrectly measured, so we had to wait even longer for a new panel. I suppose no home contracting jobs go perfectly smoothly, but I had hopes that our job would’ve gone a little better than this. We are happy with the windows and the garage door. We just weren’t 100% satisfied with what it took to get them installed and cleaned up."
