Over a period of 3 years, I tried to get an honest bid on replacing my roof. In that time, two companies came out but never gave me an estimate. Last year, I called a big box store and their bid was $32,000 for their best product. Finally, I remembered Ideal Roofing had replaced the siding on this house; and, they replaced the siding on another house I had back in the 90s. I called my salesman, Paul McArthur, and he estimated the best Ideal product, and painting, for well under the box store's bid. I signed up immediately. Paul has always shot straight with me and I've never felt like he was being dishonest. About 2 weeks later, the painters repaired and caulked all in 1 day; and, then the roofers showed up the next week. That took one half day. As for the quality, the painting and roofing look top notch. The professionalism of the workers and the quality of the materials give my house an appearance it hasn't had since it was built. Many thanks to the company for a job well done.

Mike and his team were great to work with. They've worked on my home twice, once in Westwood NJ and now in Alpine NJ regarding the roof. Mike was very responsive, and after a bit of back and forth, the work was scheduled with in just few days. The team who came on site was also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They took great care to make sure the roof repair was done properly. We definitely will use again ideal roofing.

Ideal Roofing was easy to work with. I had roof replacement gutters added and fascia work done. My rep was Jacob Strong very knowledgeable and always available for any questions I needed answered. The roof has a labor warranty of 25 years and shingle warranty of 50 years. My insurance gave me a discount on homeowners insurance of 400 a year. You can’t go wrong with Ideal Roofing. Thanks to all the crews and especially Nickolas. They will take good care of your project too.

I chose to go with Drew and ideal Roofing after a tree fell on my house from a windstorm. The level of professionalism and knowledge Drew showed during the whole month long ordeal, was impressive. He was so easy to work with because he’s a great communicator . He met with the adjuster and showed him the damages and explained what needed to be done. I needed extensive framing and a weather head replacement. Drew handled everything. He explained to me what to expect from the insurance company and he was correct about everything. Ideal Roofing did a superb job on the installation. They showed up with a massive crew and knocked it out in a day and half. My roof took a little longer due to the framing. I can’t imagine going through this process with a different company.

What a wonderful experience! We knew we needed a new roof due to some hail damage but were dreading the process of replacing it. But Ideal Roofing made the process very easy and painless. Our primary contact, Drew Nagy, made the initial inspection and informed us that we had 40 year shingles and not the 15/20 year that our insurance company had based their estimate on. This increased the amount the insurance company allowed for our claim. Good. The proposal process was easy and there was never any pressure or "hard sell" tactics used. Drew just wanted to help us and make sure that we got the roof we deserved. They replaced our roof in one day! The crew was professional and courteous and did a great job protecting our plants. When they completed the job and cleaned up, our driveway and walkway was cleaner than before the job started. And the day after the job was done, Drew and his wife came by to do a follow up inspection and to make sure that the crew had not missed any nails. They spent about two hours at our house going through all the bushes and grass looking for nails to make sure they found them all. My wife and I highly recommend Ideal Roofing. A great company with fantastic people working for them. Very happy that there are still companies like this around!
