Ideal replaced the 11 year old roof under a GAF gold warranty. The install team was professional and have acquired some new processes and equipment to keep the area tidy during removal. They suggested and installed a solar powered attic fan that is the best solution for venting our house's attic. The GAF HDZ shingles look great and have a great warranty too. The estimator answered every question, and I had a lot of them. As destructive as roof replacement can be they kept the chaos to a minimum.

Over a period of 3 years, I tried to get an honest bid on replacing my roof. In that time, two companies came out but never gave me an estimate. Last year, I called a big box store and their bid was $32,000 for their best product. Finally, I remembered Ideal Roofing had replaced the siding on this house; and, they replaced the siding on another house I had back in the 90s. I called my salesman, Paul McArthur, and he estimated the best Ideal product, and painting, for well under the box store's bid. I signed up immediately. Paul has always shot straight with me and I've never felt like he was being dishonest. About 2 weeks later, the painters repaired and caulked all in 1 day; and, then the roofers showed up the next week. That took one half day. As for the quality, the painting and roofing look top notch. The professionalism of the workers and the quality of the materials give my house an appearance it hasn't had since it was built. Many thanks to the company for a job well done.

Extremely pleased with the work done! The guys worked hard on a very hot summer day to replace all shingles on our (tall) two story home. They finished in a day! The next morning they returned and did very thorough cleanup and finishing touches. Most pleased with Ideal Roofing! Quality work, courteous interactions and professional! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Jacob highly enough. After another roofing company barely inspected my home, claimed I needed a full roof replacement, and even filed an insurance claim (without my consent!) that included alleged damage to my roof, gutters, and fence, I was understandably stressed and concerned. Jacob came out for a second opinion and completely changed the experience. He performed a thorough inspection of my roof, gutters, and fence and took the time to walk me through everything he was seeing. Rather than trying to sell me a roof I didn’t need, he was honest, professional, and transparent. He confirmed that my roof was in excellent condition and explained why the previous company’s claims were inaccurate. More importantly, he helped me understand the insurance process, identified several red flags in the prior contractor’s actions, and gave me the information I needed to move forward with confidence. In an industry where homeowners often have to wonder whether they’re getting the full story, Jacob’s integrity stood out immediately. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and willingness to put the customer’s interests first earned my trust. If you’re looking for an honest roofing professional who will tell you the truth, even when that truth means there’s no sale to be made, I would strongly recommend Jacob. When the day comes that I do need a new roof, I will be coming back to Ideal Roofing and specifically asking for Jacob.

Ideal Roofing was easy to work with. I had roof replacement gutters added and fascia work done. My rep was Jacob Strong very knowledgeable and always available for any questions I needed answered. The roof has a labor warranty of 25 years and shingle warranty of 50 years. My insurance gave me a discount on homeowners insurance of 400 a year. You can’t go wrong with Ideal Roofing. Thanks to all the crews and especially Nickolas. They will take good care of your project too.
