“My experience with Nelson Exteriors has been nothing short of perfect, beginning to end. Ryan was fantastic to work with on getting a quote, very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ebony has been super responsive in coordinating scheduling, and also very friendly. And my Project Manager Lazaro could not have been better - professional, an absolute expert at what he does, fantastic at explaining what's going on, and a hell of a guy. The guys doing the work were also great, and very professional and executed the project perfectly. It's clear from the people I interacted with that this is a company that knows what kind of people it want's to hire and they fit the company's core values. I also had a relatively small job, and I thought for sure such a professional, quality oriented company would be too expensive, but they were incredibly reasonable, and were quite a bit cheaper than a few people I didn't have nearly the same level of faith in. “They did a good job, but most of my friends have older houses with lead paint. Their process for dealing with older houses with lead paint is much more expensive, and I would not recommend them as most of my friends have older houses. They did not do nearly as much as what was described.”
