Nelson Exteriors is top notch! From the very beginning with Chris, who helped us with the initial project of needing an entire siding home replacement, Lisa in the office, to Jeff who was our Project Manager, who was on site pretty much the entire time overseeing the entire project, and the construction contractors, painters, etc. Nelson Exteriors is professional in every way. Very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. If I could give 10 stars I would. We absolutely love our house. Thank you Nelson Exteriors for making our home look like new. We have the most beautiful home on our street!

We are super happy with the quality of our deck. Previously, our deck was rotting and falling apart. Chris Hall, and the rest of the Nelson Exteriors team was super helpful in creating a plan to help us fix it. Chris talked through 2-3 different proposals before we decided on this one. It was nice to have options, with transparency about costs and limitations. Our project felt super organized, and it came in on time and on-budget. We would absolutely use Nelson Exteriors again.

Nelson Exteriors did an excellent job repairing my deck, including replacing several major components that had worn out over time. From the very beginning, the sales representative took the time to understand the issues and recommended the right solution — the one that truly fit the condition of the deck. What really stood out was the communication. Before the work began, during the repair process, and all the way through completion, their team kept me fully informed. I always knew what was happening, when it was happening, and why. That level of professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence in the project. The finished deck looks solid, safe, and better than it has in years. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and the way Nelson Exteriors handled the entire process. Highly recommended.

Had an excellent experience with the entire Nelson Exteriors team. Jake was our first contact to help with scope and pricing, flexibly adjusting proposals to help right size to our budget. He handed off to Lindsey who stayed in touch on planning and scheduling, and finished up with Joshua managing the daily work the different trade crews knocked out as true craftsmen. The crew was respectful, worked hard and kept a safe and clean job site each day. Highly recommend for any exterior home project.
